A spacious room with a beautiful lounger to relax on instead of just the bed. Very quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Lots of friendly assistance available at all times.
My wife is disabled and recommended parking was quite a distance from hotel
Comfortable, quiet and spacious room. Breakfast was good and spaciously laid out. Good location, close to shops and numerous restaurants.
I was told to book online when I was actually at the reception desk (weird!), then I booked the wrong day. They changed it in front of me and told me payment would be taken automatically. The next day, the guest I booked it for turned up and was turned away because the room wasn't paid for. I then spent over an hour on numerous phone calls trying to resolve. I don't mind that there was a miscommunication about payment, but to take over an hour to resolve while my guest is on the street waiting is unacceptable. It could've been resolved in 10 minutes if the staff were competent and didn't just try and fob me off with 'the computer says no' excuses.
All the staff i came across were very helpful and friendly.
Chambre pour famille de 4 = en fair chamber pour 3
Facility d access a royal military academy of sandhurst
"Quadruple room" is misleading. My fault, I assumed it was two double beds Holiday Inn-style. It's one double bed plus a sofa that can be turned into a single bed and another single bed brought in if required. It would be a very tight squeeze to sleep 2 adults, 2 kids.
Right opposite the gates of RMAS the hotel could not be better situated to attend Sovereign's Parade.
Bed was really uncomfortable.....too hard. WiFi was non existent....unless one paid, of course. Noise from air con units outside window so loud.
Very clean. Good price at £53. Staff lovely. Convenience.
Slight problem on first night but was resolved promptly by Matt on reception. Would deff stay there again. Fantastic staff
Staff were very helpful couldnt do enough and very friendly...the food was very good plently of choice with two young children there was always something there that they would like. The hotel itself was situated in a very good place near shops and other food places if you wish to use them.
No parking had to park in a council car park and had to be gone by 8am so good for business but horrible for relaxing
It was great as always
Parking is in multistorey carpark behind hotel which was absoloute chaos when we got there and the rooms where supposed to be air conditioned but they where boiling and it wasn't even nice outside
Extra friendly staff, great restraunt, perfect little town.
The free wifi wouldn't work
It was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely.
Bed a bit hard for me and some street noise as you're right in the centre.
Cleanliness and newness of furnishings.
good central location
Unable to sleep
Bed is not good, i had severe back and shoulder pains in the morning. wifi is not working, i complained on this but no responce. Staff never lifts the call.
Allowed me ealry check in.Thank you very much for this.
VERY COLD ROOM
Car park is 5-10 minutes walk. Longer with heavy bags and small children. 30 minutes a day free wi-fi does not justify the statement "free wi-fi".
Good breakfast, good location in camberley. Friendly helpful staff. Good all round really.
No parking facilities had to use shopping precinct and walk quite a way with luggage. Also extra cost.could provide biscuits with tea facility please.
Staff really helpful hotel clean and comfortable
No free parking
Nothing bad to report
Very clean, comfortable and quiet
Staff friendly welcoming room fab
The location in Camberley is on a main road so when built 2+ years ago should have included adequate glazing to suppress road traffic noise. This was not the case and the traffic noise was very evident consequently a bad nights sleep.
Premier Inns generally are clean comfortable and dependant upon when you book can be value for money. Most PI's are good to stay in.
The bed was a little hard .this of course is subjective.
Location and comfort.friendly staff.
Lack of parking
