Fantastic location. Staff excellent.
Fairly priced clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet and very handy for visiting our daughter, hence we have stayed here a number of times.
I know it isn't the Premier Inn but the attached bar/restaurant is poor. Staff ok but quality of food for both breakfast and dinner is not what I'd expect.
Booking in advance we managed to get a great deal and I would advise anyone to do this when staying here. The location was close to the town centre and to our final destination of Hayle. The facility was lovely and clean the staff were very friendly. The local resturant next to the premier Inn was a bit pricey but it was close enough to town for us to walk there and find somewhere more reasonable.
The extractor fan in our room was vey loud.
Wifi could have been a little better
This was the first time that we have encountered an uncomfortable bed, Room 25, a room for the disabled . We were offered a refund but the Reception was busy and we chose not to pursue it.
Cleanliness and the beds were very comfortable
They guaranteed a excellent nights sleep and we got one. Just unfortunate that the floorboards in the corridor made everything sound like a herd of elephants. Would have liked the cost of the room to include breakfast. At £8.75 too expensive.
Handy location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant attached. Spacious room and very comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Would have appreciated having an elevator as we had heavy bags to carry upstairs.
everything from the welcome on arrival to leaving. made very welcome and treated like royalty
Staff are really nice and very kind, food next door is fantastic. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Very clean and comfortable
The staff in the restaurant were very unhelpful and would not recommend eating there!!
The staff were wonderful, and very apologetic when the fire alarm went off at 11.30pm...good to know its all working.
Very helpful and friendly staff, able to help at any given hour of the day or night. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and offered a free wifi service also which was a great help to me. The location is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the town so access was easy to and from. And when the night is over a nice peaceful area to come bk to and relax.
Good value and clean newer room.
Everything was fine. Still a little pricy for what you get compared to travel in USA.
Distance from town centre
Very good room. Pleasant staff. Really good attached restaurant "Table Table." It was very quiet and dark. Shower was positively American in its powerfulness.
Would like a mirror over the table. Free trial wifi did not connect. Also, I object to paying for wifi these days.
The comfortable bed Clean accommodation, well maintained We like Premier Inns and always try to stay in them. We stayed in the Hotel Bodmin 7 days before and everything was fine.
No lift! We had to carry large, heavy cases up to our rooms. Restaurant outside with a windy walk-through for us. High cost of our two rooms, taking into consideration the two points above! The evening meal for two of us (four in party) was very overcooked and we had to wait a long time for this main course. The breakfast order was completely wrong for three of us and had to be corrected back in the kitchen. We had to wait for the hot water for drinks as a replacement jug didn't arrive for at least 10 minutes. There was only one hand towel in each of our two rooms!
Easy access to main A30. On our first night staff team in nearby restaurant were good.
Our bed was not of the quality, that we expected. On our second night restaurant team not too good.
well placed for our journey to penzance from bristal
very uncomforable bed and cold poorly cooked food in the restuarant
The young woman on reception was excellent.
If I had known that I would have to sleep in a room where it was impossible to open the windows and had air conditioning with a perpetual noise I would not have stayed in the hotel. I finally figured out how to turn off the aircon but the room was stuffy as a result and I slept badly. What is wrong with fresh air?
Not a very comfortable bed.
Staff were friendly
Air con kept me awake
There is no hand shower, otherwise it's good
