Room was clean and we had comfortable stay Restaurant was poorly serviced. One day we had to wait for an hour to be served breakfast. Almost about to miss the train. That too, certain food items we wanted ran out of stock. Hot food items were to be ordered which is unlike other Premier Inn hotels

Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful, rooms were clean. Lots of interesting places to go within 15 miles range. Breakfast was standard but I can't recommend the restaurant for dining. Unlimited refill apparently means you'll never see that waiter again. Meals were overcooked, every drink we ordered without ice came with ice - at least what was left of it after we had waited 25 minutes for them to be brought to our table.

A lovely clean spacious hotel room at a reasonable price including the 3 pound wifi price. We showed up for breakfast at 9:50 am and were told that we had to make a reservation for 10:30 which we did. We arrived and waited for a table, ordered some porridge which never came. Most of the items at the continental breakfast bar were gone and the porridge did not arrive. At 11:45 we were told that our hot breakfasts would not be ready for another 15 minutes minimum. We left having had some juice toast cold cereal and coffee. This set us up to be running late all day and was very frustrating. Apparently, it was 2 for 1 and kids free day which created the chaos (kids running everywhere). This seems not to represent the standard we expected from a partner with Premier Inns. The receptionist as we checked out took the position that it wasn't her problem and we should complain directly to the restaurant. She had a brochure on the counter displaying a lovely hot and cold breakfast for 5.95 and 8.95 which we had paid.

The neighbouring resturant was great in the evening. The reception were very helpful. Especially when breakfast was a litle too busy for the resturant, the Premier Inn staff discounted our pre paid breakfast order (previously full cooked breakfast, changed to cheaper contential breakfast). We didn't managed to reduce the heating in our room to lower than 17.5 degrees overnight.

Cleanliness and staff really did go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. This along with being able to have extra pillows or tea/coffee (even though we didn't need) makes a difference. Breakfast was excellent. Not being able to order food in our room as arrived late with sleepy kids. Would be good to have a local takeaway menus in room or be able to order and pick up something from attached restaurant.

Unfortunately our short stay at Camborne was to attend a family funeral. Our special thanks would like to go to Tina the receptionist who was very kind and immediately knew and catered for our needs. She made us all feel that we would like to come back to Camborne in more happier circumstances.

Clean tidy and excellent staff. Food V good at evening meal but breakfast varied Breakfast is waiter service and is very slow. expect a 20 minute wait for hot food, which is pre-cooked. On the first day the food was cold. Why not drop the waiter service and go back to a buffet? The rooms are air conditioned and have sealed windows. This caused my wife concern as she suffers from mild claustrophobia, it would be nice to turn air con off and open a window.

Very easy and convenient when on business. Roomy and all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and for an evening on the laptop. Getting soaked on the way to breakfast! I know you cant control the weather but a sheltered walkway would be nice.

The Staff was excellent and dealt with the problems we had quickly and with great efficiency Two days running we came back to the room to find dried blood on the duvet. One of the days there was a great deal of blood, Waited over an hour for cooked breakfast which ended with us having to leave with out any breakfast, Communication was very poor

Really easy to find, Danielle on reception was really welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I left my iPod in the room and received a call before 10.00 on the day of my departure to let me know. I will be back!
