The food was excellent.
rooms Nice place all round free parking
A little out of the way if you don't have a car. the bus service from town is rubbish later in the evening. no Free Wifi
Free Wifi as paid not working Excellent for me to work
After washing my long hair at 2230 to find no hairdryer !
Everything except how to find the hotel wjhich was hidden behind a housing estate.
Difficulty in finding a way in to the hotel via a housing estate.
As comfortable as it should be. Good nights rest.
Desk staff were courteous and quick to get us into our room.
With a young baby there was no parking near the front or access to the rear of the building to get everything into the room. This meant several trips either way at the beginning and end of the stay. Spaces for young families that can be reserved in advance might work? Or even trolleys to bring in bags? I did ask for help from staff with the transition but they were extremely busy at the time, so understand why they could not.
Great breakfast, didn't need lunch.
Parking could be tight when busy but alright gor when we were there.
Staff are always helpful, food is good. Beds are great.
The card stating that the company were in the process of replacing the hairdryers, so you should ask at reception for one. I do not believe that! I think it was a cheap way of not having hairdryers in each room.
Clean, decent value, handy for A14.
Quite a way from city centre, rooms not as airy as some Premier Inns and feel a little tired, poor mobile reception
I didn't like the rastaurant was closed. It should be open also for lunch if there is no room service.to keep it going advertise for local businesses.
The room was exactly what we needed for a single night stay with two small boys and the breakfast was great value for money.
The airconditioning was set "winter mode" which meant we had no control and the temperature in the room was stuck at around 23C all night. We discovered in the morning that you can ask the front desk to disable winter mode.
Excellent value for money, great room, good breakfast, great location.
close to the City centre (10 mins away by car) is a good solution if travelling by car. Cheap, good quality of service. Comfortable room and efficient staff.
Beds supremely comfortable Well soundproofed rooms
Quiet even though near major roads Food deals Comfy
You have to use the food deals as it's in the middle of nowhere and no restaurants within walking distance
Staff Room size and facilities No noise from neighbouring rooms Cleanliness
It appeared that hot drinks were not included in the price for Continental breakfast. Noisy fan in bathroom.
Lovely room, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Restaurant staff efficient and friendly. Good food not badly priced. Easy access to city centre and A14
big, spacious room, and bathroom but...I don't think an occupational therapist nor a disabled person has been consulted over the design ( see dislikes). There were shortcomings but quickly rectified: a request for more towels and a hairdryer. We shall stay there again as it is very convenient to family.
Poorly planned bedroom furniture for wheelchair users. I have limited mobility so it wasn't too much of an issue for me except in the bathroom where getting into and out of the bath for a Shower was worrying and I had to have my companion close to hand. But if sitting at the bedroom mirror the free access around the room for the other occupant is hampered. And this mirror is placed by the fixed kettle which then meant it steaming up regularly. A better position for the mirror would be over the desk which I used as a suitcase rest - the better to access my possessions
The mattress! They aren't kidding when they advertise how comfy the beds are. I'm very picky about beds - I am a larger person with a bad back - and theirs was excellent. Nearly as good as my own! The hotel was clean, reasonably quiet, easy to find from the roads and a great place to stop-over for a solo business traveller. I'll definitely use it again.
Well, they had a problem with the fire alarm in the early evening - but the staff informed me very quickly what was going on and solved the problem. And it would be nice if the restaurant at these places had a better range of healthy/vegetarian options, but these are only minor niggles.
perhaps a little way from the centre of Cambridge
Value for money Clean and comfortable Best breakfast
Clean, functional. Good breakfast.
Location not within easy walk of city centre. No self services machines means longer wait at check-in.
Everything, staff were lovely and happy. Room immaculate and quiet and comfortable with plenty of space
