Small Rooms Uncomfortable Beds Not close to train line

Convenient location. We were concerned about A14 traffic noise so asked for a quiet room - our room was very quiet even with the window open. Good breakfast (continental).

I found the winter duvet too hot - we are used to summer-weight duvet year-round. We used just the cover with the duvet across our legs. Others have criticised the location in a barely finished housing estate - but that didn't bother us.

Clean, excellent bar and food. Ideal for weekend break. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel was obviously recently new, but the staff, and hotel were excelent, very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning made a great difference.

I found the price of the hotel £104 per night with continental breakfast far too expensive, I stay in many hotels through out the uk at far better prices with full English breakfast included.

We were in Room 702 and there appeared to be a constant droning noise - not sure what it was

I liked the way one could get the bus into Cambridge which ran every 15 minutes from Orchard Park. The fact that the hotel felt secure.

Not having comforable chairs in the bedroom to sit on in the evening

Location was great in a residential area that felt very safe. The hotel, is new and really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once staff member Daria was particularly good.

If just passing through the location is good however Iw ould not use it as a holiday base.

This is the second premier inn we have stayed in the one consistent factor is the staffs attitude to the customer which is of the highest standard what stands out is t The real genuiness of the staff to attend to the customers needs and no request was to much trouble Well Done

Only one disappointment I realised there was an Health&Safety issue in the room concerning the kettle which when it boiled did not switch off automatically I reported it to the duty manager up until the time we left it had not been done I regard this as a serious safety failure which should have been sorted straight away as this could have constituted a serious fire risk or at the least caused damage to the room 704 itself

Food mostly good, room comfortable

Steak was half inedible but no compensation offered - just apology. A free coffee would have been a nice gesture. No comfortable chairs in room - third bed most uncomfortable to sit on. Height, direction and power of shower not adjustable. Policy of paying for everything upfront most unfriendly. We stayed two nights and wanted to charge dinner to the room but was not permitted. Not customer-friendly at all.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. No hassles check-in, check-out. Restaurant does the job and is reasonable value for money. Rooms are very confortable and quiet and everything you need without unneccesary luxuries. Hard to beat for a night or two.

Location is out near the motorway with nothing nearby. A car is must. Saying that though it's ony 5 minutes out by car but beware if you are not used to Cambridge that parking is very challenging.

Easy and convienent to get to.

The bar closed to residents at 11:00. We had expected it would be open for us later than that. We had not seen our friends for a long time and it ended the socialising early. A real shame.

Everything very good. Food was as expected, room was comfortable and clean. Service and staff very helpful and pleasant.

Noisy air con. Alsation type dog barking at 7.30am from neighbouring housing estate balcony. Poor directions into and getting out of complex where inn is built.

Over all a very good stay.All very clean we will stay again. A++ staff.
