The hotel was clean and fresh, the staff were all pleasant and willing to help and obviously try to give good customer servcice. The room was comfortable and quiet. Although its a fair way from the city centre the bus service was around the corner and it took about 20 mins to get there, the drivers didn't mind advising on where to get on and off. When we arrived our room was cold and it took a while to get the heating to come on. The veggie sausages were not made unless asked for so the rest of my breakfast was cold by the time they arrived. |

Good, no-frills hotel. Free parking. Helpful, well-informed staff. Annoying to advertise deals 'from £29' in the reception area, when the deal doesn't actually apply to this hotel!! Service area for breakfasts is too small when restaurant is busy, especially tea / coffee area. |

It is nice and close to the Cambridge Science Park. There was plenty of parking. Much better than I expected for a budget hotel chain. |

The reception staff were very efficient. The room was clean and met my expectations On arrival the room was very cold, but only took around 20 minutes to warm-up properly. On balance it probably a good environmental and economic policy to do this. However, had we arrived late at night and wanted to use the room immediately it would have impacted on my stay. |

I could not find it and the staff had no interest in assisting me. It's not on any map and in a difficult location. My room smelled like plastic and for £70 breakfast should have been included. Finally, they advertise rates from £29 when they do not actually offer this rate under any circumstances. I will never stay there again. Cambridge has very many nicer and less expensive venues. They happened to all be booked when I chose Premier Inn. |

A new hotel, helpful staff, very clean and well appointed.Room was quiet and warm. my elderly mother appreciated the facilities in the disabled bathroom. Good value and quality for the evening meal and breakfast.bus stop into cambridge very near and convenient. Would definatly consider using this hotel again or staying at another one in the same chain |

Little booked within 24 hours of arrival Staff gave impression of just doing job. No local colour at all, no local information - all have to be exactly the same. Between social housing estate and main a14. Would have had more athmoshere if it was on the moon |

I really enjoyed the restaurant on site, that made it really convenient. Also very nice room with a desk and desk lamp, good room temperature, nice kettle coffee and tea facilities and tv. All very nice. Nothing, all was good |

The reception and restaurant staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Being brand-new, the Inn was most comfortable - the room we were in (615) was more spacious than any of the other Premier Inns we've stayed in. Very good to have an integral restaurant. Rather far out from the city but I can see why it is where it is. Convenient to have a city bus and a Park & Ride close by. The only downside thing was the large, noisy group of people who came in for a meal on our 2nd evening. I suppose it was inevitable that there was a very high noise level but it was overly loud and we didn't linger in the restaurant and bar as we might have done. |

Availability of bus to get into city centre (difficult place with car!) Horrendous place to arrive at/find by car, some can be put down to ongoing building works around but surely some "Premier Inn" signage on roads around could be installed. |

Convenience I don't like paying for an evening meal separately. It should be on a single bill. |
