Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Possibility for eating and drinking adjecent to hotel. Perfect for a visit to Cambridge, public bus stops in front of the hotel.
Not much to do or see in walking distance of the hotel.
friendly staff ,clean and comfortable, nice breakfast.
Outside and public ways looked tatty-position dull and difficult to find as behind and part of Beefeater. Also expensive for what it was.
Proximity to Girton College The comfort of the beds
No laundry facility or cleaning service
Easy to find and friendly staff! Really appreciated the free Wifi.
Staff very friendly and eager to help. They went above and beyond to help us.
Staff pleasant and helpful both at hotel and adjoining Beefeater.
Bed a tad hard, maybe residents should be able to get a drink at Beefeater after 11pm.
The receptionist was really pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless and of good size and it was in a good location The bar staff next door were lovely Overall thumbs up!
Great location, staff very helpful, and local restaurant was really good.
Pleasant welcome we received on arrival and friendly reception staff throughout our stay who were also very helpful.
No control over the air conditioning, which when we first arrived would have been helpful as the heating was on full! We had to unplug the heater.
Used restaurant very slow serving
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location of Premier Inn is ideal for the excellent bus service into Cambridge City centre.
Small, clean, quiet
No sachets of shampoo etc. Small variety of tea, coffee etc.
Breakfast was excellent especially appreciated it being cooked to order. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful both on reception & in the restaurant
A bit noisy late on Saturday night/early hours Sunday morning with peoole returning to their rooms which disturbed our sleep a bit.
The receptionist, Paul, was incredibly helpful. We arrived at dinner time with two small children. The restaurant was full and Paul kindly arranged for a food order to be brought to our room. This was a very kind gesture. Thank you.
Nothing to note.
Lovely staff, spacious room
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location into town, excellent value for money for a family weekend in Cambridge.
Windows can't be opened but air condition/heating worked very well according to our wishes.
We would like to thank your helpful staff. Great service. We will definitely book to stay here again.
Once again an extremely comfortable bed in a large room on the ground floor. Add to that a great wet room (I was allocated a disabled room) and a large wall mounted plasma screen tv. First class.
Wooden floors between ground and 1st floor meant any movement above resulted in significant disturbance although I did not experience too much of that. Service in the Beefeater restaurant was slow and reluctant with an attitude problem!
Friendly staff, good location in terms of bus connection to the city, simple and good
Breakfast can have more variety but was still quite decent
The whole service was Fantastic we stayed over new year and we felt very special.
Very helpful reception Location Room size, bed, TV
Shower floor Waitress in adjacent Beefeater
Very convenient location for access to city, and the pub next door was an added bonus. Very nice room.
The bulldozers arrived at 8am on the derelict site next door, which literally shook the building!
lovely beds, beautiful breakfast very
hard beds for the children
Ideal location for a night's stay after a Christmas Party. Late morning cherckout.
It was all good
