The room was pretty large, the restaurant food was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful The bed was hard, it was pretty expensive for a 'budget hotel' at nearly £100 a night, the internet was £3/day and v slow.

I would reccomend such hotel to those specially who does not have a car in Cambridge, as you can go walking to the city centre - it will takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Also enjoyed the room - it is very comfortable.

Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful without any of the over-politeness and "sir" calling that sticks around somuch of the university side of Cambridge. The room was functional, comfortable and clean (thank you cleaners). The bed was really comfortable and the hotel was quiet through the night. If we ever return to Cambridge we will certainly stay at Premiere Inn and will recommend to anyone we know who is planning to travel that way. Thanks to All. As a grumpy old man with a reputation to maintain I am letting myself down by not being able to find anything at all to complain about.

All premier Inns are standard but some are more standard than others - this was nicely cared for and cutomer care was super. Quite expensive for a premier inn

We had a very good time, the hotel was up to our expectations, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to drive into Cambridge City Centre because it was too far to walk with the kids, but this was not a problem.

It was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the attached Beefeater was very good and the staff there were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely use this Premier Inn again and would recommend it to anyone else who wished to visit Cambridge. There is absolutely nothing negative that we can say about this Premier Inn.

The hotel is fine for one night staying. Very basic forniture. We were two couple of friends travelling to Cambridge for a conference. We spent three nights at the hotel. After the first night, due to the refurbishment, my friend and his wife had to leave their room early in the morning, leaving their luggage in the lobby and wait till the afternoon to have another room available. It was quite unfair paying a full rate and having to change the room in such a way. Very negative impression. They didn't clean the bathroom after the first night (only after the second) and made the bed very badly.
