Premier Inn Cannock South  

Check in was very easy with really friendly and helpful staff.the room was very clean and tidy.

Greeted by very friendly & helpful staff. Best night's sleep in a hotel for a long time.

Only 1 hand towel provided for 2 people. However, when I asked at reception they were happy to provide a second towel.

Excellent location for motoring south.

Distraction of TV during dinner!

The close location to the town centre, and the location in general made it a good base for visiting the larger towns and cities near their. Plus the linked Beefeater, this was excellent as eals could be taken there without the need to look elsewhere. Plus the good parking facilities.

Very little to dislike, my only minus is the constant miss spelling of my name, Bridge is a structure. My name is bridges, please ensure that in future you do not miss spell my name as I will ignore all future correspondence addressed to Mr Bridge. Yours John Bridges

It was nice and close to our friends who were visiting in Walsall .

Excellent service from when we arrived until when we checked out the following day after an excellent breakfast.

I would like to give a special mention to our attentive excellent waiter we had at breakfast and say that the choice of food at breakfast was excellent and well cooked.

The location of the Beefeaters Restaurant next door was a winner. Good food and good value, especially breakfast!!

Staff were friendly however I had trouble understanding the girl on the reception desk as she had such a strong accent!

Nice staff who really helped me and seemed to be genuine. It was no problem to change my room when I complained about it. The free 30 minutes online was easy to access and no strings attached..

The choice in the restaurant is poor, as are menus in all restaurants adjoining Premier Inns. I don't eat meat but do eat fish. Very little for me on the menu and if I am in your hotel for several days it becomes boring.

The staff were friendly.

Rooms are too small, in particular the bathroom, which was tiny.

It was comfortable and convenient for our visit. The Beefeater was very good and again convenient.

Clean Comfortable room with plenty of space. The breakfast choice was excellent.

Our room was not best siuated from the point of quietness. Aware during the night of much coming and going going into the early hours. Our room it has to be said was positioned adjacent to the main entrance suffering as a result from customers coming and goings and also as a cigarette smoking area with associated noise from speech and laughter.

The heating,the room was very hot,could not turn down heat to the room,I had 2 fans going and the windows open, and it was still very warm,and uncomfortable at times.

As always, a comfortable bed, friendly staff and nice and clean.

Room was rather cramped compared to other Premier Inns where we have stayed. TV was awful - barely 20th century, never mind 21st! Fan in the bathroom was exceptionally noisy.
