Good location near local industrial sites. Quite good restaurant.
Smell of some kind of chemical in corridors. fortunately, not in the rooms. Poorly insulated windows, but basically that is not hotels fault.. Problem is more like national ancient and rudimentary architecture of UK.
We only stayed for one night, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the Restaurant next door had a great menu. The breakfast choice had plenty to fill you up for the day's journey ahead! Would recommend.
Clean room , nice comfy bed with choice of pillows. Staff very friendly. Didn't have breakfast but beef eater looked good and smelt tastey
parking access to motorway good food great staff great rooms very comfortable
A good place to stay with usual Premier standards.
Why is it that when you have paid a fairly high price for this type of hotel do they insist on trying to get extra by charging for WiFi.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Room Comfortable, Clean and Tidy. Handy having a Harvester Restaurant/Pub on site for Breakfast & Evening Meal
No bar soap only liquid hand wash type soap. Lack of TV Channels as didn't have Sky only Freeview.
What I expected for price. Heater in room did not work good job it was warm night.
Evening meal on the Sunday night was dismal and service very poor. I did not eat my meal as service was too slow ( over an hour & quarter to get food, although we had booked for 7pm.) .The slow cooked roast beef was in fact a tough steak , overcooked and cut into strips. They were to embarrassed to charge us after we complained.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable.
Room a bit cramped. Bathroom extractor fan very loud.
Good price for a quad family room, clean place, son's bed was comfy.
Our bed was like concrete and the smaller put up bed was like lying on springs
We enjoyed everything, particularly as our 20 friends had also booked to stay at the same Premier Inn, Cannock South to Celebrate a Special Wedding Anniversary. The rooms were sufficient in size to allow for a comfortable stay, the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The en-suite bathroom was always spotless. Tea making facilities were made available and top-ups of tea, milk and sugar were provided as necessary at Reception. We have stayed at Cannock South Premier Inn previously when visiting friends in the area and will definitely stay at Cannock South next time we visit the Midlands to see our friends. All Staff from Receptionists to Restaurant staff were excellent. The Buffet, for 24 people, our friends ordered for the evening meal was filling and served very fresh.
The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and our stay effortless.
cleanliness and supprisingly quiet as it is on a busy roundabout.
small room and small bathroom. Bed not as comfortable as the one we used the previous week at Nottingham. .
Comfy beds & duvets All you can eat breakfast
The room and bathroom were very small compared to other Premier rooms we have stayed in especially the bathroom, I am not exactly a slim Jim but it was quite a squeeze to get in and out.
Comfortable beds and good restaurant facilities.
We had a strange smell in the room but a no quibble change was good. Usual warm welcome for this chain.
The restuarant staff were a bit preoccupied and though we were late still felt a bit rushed.
The restaurant was close by.
Room was tired and not as clean as I would have expected from Premier Inn. Staff were polite but not as friendly as we have experienced at other Premier inns ( which we use on a regular basis).
Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable
my gluten free diet was well catered for
nothing to dislike
Helpful staff at check-in booked taxis for us, and we found reception staff to always be helpful & polite
Breakfast service was bad - we arrived at 10:50 so it was close to closing time, but we were made to feel quite unwelcome and were left ignored at the door with another customer not with our group, for about 5 full minutes.
Potentially noisy youngsters kept firmly under control by excellent staff. The usual very good value (and good quality) meal deal
Nothing not to like
Basic clean and functional
Could have done with more mil;kl and tea instead of having to go and ask. Other guests were quite noisy in the night and the doors bang very loudly.
