you know what you are going to get at a premier inn, without this being a negative, if you have been in one PI you have been in them all. it is easy to book, location was ideal for my purpose

no car parking facilities. yes there was a ncp nearby, but i do prefer a hotel to have its own car park

If you want a combination of city center (2min by foot) and bay (1min to train station and 5min by train) it is located quite good

Room was almost empty, not welcoming or comfortable at all. We booked for two people, just had one towel. The pad on the head end of the bed was sticky and should be cleaned properly. Bath curtain was was almost hanging loose from the mounting on the ceilling. Staff not very helpfull: I was asking for a restaurant recommendation and was told just to go to the center and I will find plenty. I also was asking about parking the car on the bay and was told it is best to go by train as there wouldn't be free parking on the bay. When we got there we found out that there was plenty of free parking (sunday!!) there. It is one of the cheaper hotels there, but for what you get it is still expensive. Don't think I would go there again.

All you can eat breakfast, situation close to the shopping area, situation in relation to castle, value for money

Staff put themselves out to help, always smiling, very friendly. Spacious room with city views, good food could not fault the hotel at all. From moment we arrived was made to feel welcome

Slightly more expensive than usual because of activities in the city. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.
