Friendly helpfull staff
Slowest lift I think I have ever been in.
the room was very clean and comfortable. the best night sleep for a long time in the comfie bed.
we felt cold one evening and the heater was not working
Right next to David Lloyd Leisure which was main purpose of our visit. Staff really helpful. 5 mins walk to bus stop and Morrisons
Lift was really slow, but we just used the stairs.
The bed/pillows/duvet were amazing. Could have stayed for weeks.
The hotel was in the same building with the leasure center which was very good in a rainy day .The breakfast was very good and there was a small playground for my kids. The center also has kids camps for 5 years old.
Comfortable beds and clean but a strange smell in the room.. The rooms looked newly renovated though. Ok but nothing more.
Building looked terrible from the outside, very run down Breakfast was served in the leisurecenter next door from hotell, you could order hot breakfast (included) but was not worth the wait. There were also toast, yoghurt, muffins.
Staff were great; really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable
Location attached to a gym in a large retail/commercial estate was a long way out, but it was quite a lot cheaper than the main Premier Inn in the city centre. Long walk through the gym for breakfast was a bit odd.
Very enjoyable stay, breakfast and staff were great
Room was a bit hot, no air conditioning
I liked the friendly staff on reception on arrival. I also must especially commend Tina & Karen. They are both very hard working, friendly and lovely people. They made my stay so enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble for them.As a result I'm looking forward to visiting Premier Inn in the future.
Would have liked a couple of biscuits with coffee/tea making facilities.
Location, staff, food, safety
Great room, very homely! The bed was very comfy and the facilities were good and clean. Staff were very helpful and it's in a secluded area and very quiet. Good suez TV too.
No ironing facilities, which was annoying. Also very dark in the car park when returning at night, so be careful.
The reception staff
A little hard to find We were in a room next to a screaming child
Contemporary room. Clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food at adjacent Leisure Club excellent, again the staff there were excellent. Location perfect for us as we were attending a wedding.
Guests smoking right at the main entrance.Despite there were plenty of bins available for cigarette buts, some smokers still discard them on the floor or flick them into the bushes or car park.
It was very clean ,location was quiet with secure car parking ,very helpfull staff ,
Directions to premier inn could of been better it was not easy to see sign and entrace to inn ,the cost of the weekend stay was a bit to high for location to city center .
It was in Cardiff. The room was spacious but the cobwebs and moths on our arrival was a little surprising.
In comparison to the Cardiff North this was a bit dissapointing. The walk fro breakfast was a pain as I have trouble walking and the hen and stag do's people were very loud and woke me up several times.
Very comfortable beds and pillows
staff was friendly Karen and Tina was excellent through out our stay nice surroundings best one we stayed at in Cardiff so far
the cost of the room we come for speedway every year just don't understand why room prices go up for that event
Friendly staff Good breakfast Easy to get to from main road Comfortable room Quiet
Signposts at entrance not obvious - a bit overgrown
Friendly staff. Willing to help. Room decent clean etc
Staff we're very nice and helpful
Attached to the David Lloyd sports centre food prices were dear and the bar shutting at 10pm and not having a lounge or bar to relax in at the premier inn
Nearness of hotel to main roads
Room 61 was too hot (24.5 deg C) when it was only 18 deg C outside. Heating was off. Unpleasantly warm to sleep in.
great receptionist on arrival very friendly and helpful
a bit expensive for what it is
Bed very comfortable
Location difficult to find and quite remote
Tina was great we were a couple of mates put in a disabled rm no 2 not a problem she got feet to higher bed and she had finished work but still went out of her way! Reception nice as well!
Being ripped off by station taxis 14quid from town not good but girls on reception gave us their taxi company was ok from then but being on budget from bournemouth not good!
nice room and comfortable
breakfast buffet located in the sports centre, quite a distance away. otherwise the service was good
