Comfortable room, reliable , as stayed several times before
At first, staff slow to give us attention when we were looking to get an evening meal, but after a poor start, service looked up.
This was the latest of many visits the staff are so helpful & kind, beds are wonderful, cleanliness to the highest standard. The breakfast is excellent sets us up for the day & we have enjoyed good food & service with evening meals too. We will be booking in again shortly
we have no complaints at all otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back. just keep up the good work
Helpful staff; comfortable and clean rooms; value for money and breakfast tasty
the cooked breakfast was not a buffet style 'serve yourself' this resulted in a 20-25 min wait whilst accompanied guests had completed their continental buffet breakfast.
The quad room was small even for a family of 4. Once the extra beds are laid with the double bed there is not much space left. The breakfast is with beefeater restaurant, would be better off done by premier inn and that would save some cost.
Plenty of parking, room very clean, bed comfortable, staff good would stay again thanks
Stayed here with our grandchildren. Room was great, plenty of space, large bed + 2 desperate beds, large modern tv. Bathroom was clean and modern. Corridors were clean and well lit. Internal access through to Beefeater Inn which catered for our breakfast and evening meal. Breakfasts were excellent with our 4 & 2 year olds eating free. Evening meals were good and the staff couldn't help enough. Good selection of beers too.
Nothing to dislike.
Room was clean and tidy. Quiet outside.
Can hear the people above you moving about if you're on the ground floor.
decent sized room and not too far from centre.
Staff were very polite service was excellent
The quality of the staff, especially the young lady in the restaurant who was very helpful and polite. Well done
The whole place was very clean and the beds were very comfy . The staff were excellent. Makes a nice change to have such good customer service. We arrived early and we rang to see if we could use a room to get changed in and they made every effort for this to be done.
Ample parking space. Reasonably sized room for a family. Good facilities: internet, etc. Friendly staff
The staff were great. We arrived late (22.30). Staff on reception were very helpful. They had the room booking incorrect as two rooms seemed to be booked, i only wanted a family room. It was sorted very quickly.
The noise of cars leaving the carpark in the early morning, thin walls, we could hear someones mobile ringing in another room. There was also some noise about 05.45 which woke me.
can't think of anything
Courteous staff, good location, peaceful and quite atmosphere and easy access to city centre from hotel
Friendly staff, good location for visiting family in Llandough and Dinas Powis
Price was high due to bank holiday, I had to book through Booking.com
The rooms were very nice and clean the staff very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very hot even with the fans on,the resterant couldn't accommodate us as a large group even with 24 hours notice !
Location, Staff. Clean room
Noisy carpark from the Restaurant next door late at night The place looks very down at heel from the outside and the restaurant is only average but busy and a bit of a barn. Complained and ignored (Premier Inns good night policy at work?)
Cleanliness of hotel
Sleep disturbed by road traffic noise
Excellent location, only issue is room close to busy road
Friendly staff Clean room Comfortable beds
Rooms always too hot at Premier Inns
Hadn't stayed in this chain before, and expected a soulless place to end a great vacation. I was very wrong: the rooms are serviceable and large enough, the breakfast considerably better than anticipated, and there is both ample free parking and a bus stop adjacent to to the property. It was very easy to explore Cardiff, then take the bus back to this quiet area to sleep. Bonus: Cardiff bus drivers are among the nicest in the world.
Paying separately for breakfast and internet seemed odd, but the prices charged were reasonable, and the base room rate was so low that it was still a great value.
