Very good,

“ Premier Inn Carlisle Central North was a good convenient stopping off place on our journey to the Lake District and we wanted to visit the castle, Tullie Museum and the excellent city shops. We enjoyed the main meals/drinks in the evening. The room was very comfortable and quiet. ”

Hotel was great, restaurant next door served excellent food at a good price, would recommend any of my friends to use it.If we are in the area again I wont book anywhere else but the Premier inn......Be careful as there are 2 listed for Carlisle, the first one you see from the motorway isnt the one you are staying at if you book Central North..but its the best one of the 2 ..

Excellent location for M6 travellers. It isn't as good as the J44 Prem Inn. Room smaller, more expensive, breakfast not a patch.

As a group organiser it is usual for there to be problems booking in and ensuring everyone had a room for their needs. Your staff in particular Caron was excellent, she could not have been more helpful in expalining everything and ensuring everyone knew which was their room, whether they wanted breakfast, we all did. She also contacted a taxi company and got us transport to Carlisle.

Good value and nice location. Receptionist we think Karen! was very pleasant and welcoming. Disappointed with size of bathroom very tight all round and door caught on toilet seat. Not as nice as more modern Premier Inns

It is a friendly, comfortable hotel, and good value for an overnight stay on the way north. The staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage up to our rooms. A luggage lift would be good.

Staff were quite helpful We were there as a family for a special occasion, however the trip was completely ruined by a group of rowdy men shouting in the corridor outside our bedroom at 2am. Impossible to sleep & for that reason we shall not be going back to that particular hotel. Very noisy!

I like the new approach to different pillow options soft or firm. The bed was very hard and you could feel all the ridges within the matress. I appreciate this is a difficult one to get right but other Premier Inns beds dont seem quite as hard
