The friendly reception on arrival. The size, and furnishings of our room. All in all an enjoyable experience which we will repeat.
Handy location. Near to motorway and a brisk walk into town. Eating arrangements at adjacent Brewers Fair were convenient.
Staff were very helpful
Unfortunately our booking details couldnt seem to be found and it took quite a while to sort out
room and convenience of restaurant.
noisy uncontrolled on floor above
We were going to a gig at Carlisle Sands Centre so perfect location 5 minutes down the road! Staff extremely helpful with directions & booking taxi's for us too, even changing it last minute when we needed it earlier. Food great from the pub next door too. Room ready early, clean, everything we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Only thing we didn't find great was there was a kids party in the pub next door which set off fire alarm in hotel. When we went for our meal we were sat right next to the glass for play area which kept rattling because of the loud music at the kids party. Ask to be sat away from play area.
Friendly staff, great location
Too many kids in the restaurant
A good nights sleep in a quiet, comfortable room. Overall, excellent room, good value for money.
We drove past the hotel despite having a sat. nav....the location was not obvious but we were very tired!
The staff were outstanding. Fantastic location with plenty of parking. Good rooms .
Smart clean and modern, with good design and high quality fittings. Cheap and cheerful food in the attached Brewers Fayre.
Delivered all I'd expect from a Premier Inn.
Everybody staying in that part of hotel passed by Room 3. Noise not too bad until 3:50am and then it never stopped!!
Was informed on check in that despite booking two double rooms with breakfast - Booking.com had only reserved two rooms for single occupancy and that I needed to pay for a further two breakfasts. Breakfast was rushed - had no sooner sat down and was presented with luke warm bacon and egg !
Convenience to M4 and Lake District.
Only basic amenities in the room. Pay for wi fi. The restaurant only had "all you can eat" breakfast and dinner with kids free. The result was it was packed with kids running about. Not what we wanted. The walk to town was doable, but long, so difficult to step out to another restaurant.
easy to find short walk to the town centre. hotel clean and in the eveing quite.
We arrived before our check in time, I just wanted to see if we was able to park the car there...and I was told our room was ready and we could have our keys straight away..the staff here we're extremely helpful
Nothing not to like...
Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Lots of parking. Easy location for travel.
I didnt know about the sleep well policy when I told reception about awful night I had. The policy of giving a refund for a bad nught is excellent.
Hotel was exactly what we required. Close to the motorway network. Nice room, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Excellent
HEAT, no air conditioning, room was around 27c at night
Great breakfast, room was very clean.
Temperature of room was to hot & could hear people moving around above at night.
Cleanliness Friendly helpful staff Fairly close proximity to airport for events Plenty of space in the room.
No air conditioning so room was around 25DegC with window shut for children. Pub Restaurant food was average considering price.
Staff was very welcoming Hotel and rooms were very clean Restaurant was great; food was great Plenty of on-site parking
to far out of town
Friendly and helpful staff Fantastic breakfast
