We think the meal deal is great value for money and most times we take advantage of it when we stay at Premier Inns
Convenience to the motorway, close to local stores, good park t and small but comfortable rooms. This hotel/motel is perfect for an overnight break in a long journey. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
On this stay the quality of the cooked breakfast wasn't as good as our previous stay. However the choices were quite good. No air conditions in the rooms.
Good reception staff - apologetic for wait (queue) - Very helpful and friendly restaurant staff - attentive to my needs - easy to find off M6.
Bathroom fittings were a little tired (e.g. toilet seat a bit loose / bath chipped) - but everything worked - overall appearance of the decor was a bit worn.
Annoying flashing smoke detector
Hotel is in a great location for us doing the long journey to Scotland, staff are friendly and professional
It says in their room guide that they will never put single female guests on the ground floor or at the end of a corridor...this doesn't apply however if you book a family room for 3 people (mother and two young children). Staying during warm weather in a room where it felt unsafe to have the window open meant very poor nights sleep for us all. Staff tell me that I should b
Dinned no good. Long waiting time and food not satisfactory. Internet, difficult to get connection, only 30min free.
Had to wait a long time to get a table to eat dinner. Travelled a long way and gave up waiting and so went to McDonalds.
the man at reception was extremly helpful an worked hard at accomaditing an make us comfirtable thank you
Very friendly staff, very good breakfast with a good selection. Excellent place to stay. Plenty of parking. Small but comfortable rooms.
No air conditioning and room was too wRm at times.
the convienence, just off the motorway. best bed we have ever slept in.the food & staff were excellent. thank you
Location, comfortable bed, clean room.
Main issue was room temperature (without heating) was too hot and duvet too hot for room. Road noise meant window could not be kept open. Availability of lighter bedding in P Inns would be a real improvement.
I particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Their attitude goes a long way in making ones stay excellent.
Like many hotels there is only one comfy chair in the bedroom. When relaxing or watching TV one guest has to lounge on the bed. I wonder why this is a universal practise. This is a very small dislike and does not detract from the high standard of your hotel.
Honored request for quiet room.
Unable to get seated in the restaurant when it was clearly not busy, told to wait 45 mins at 8pm so went off site for meal. No wifi for the whole stay which is not except able in this day and age when business traveling. Was unable to send emails and couldn't skype my young familly which was very upsetting for them and myself as it was my boys first birthday.
Excellent restaurant in the hotel.
Lots of spiders in the room!
Reception Staff made you welcome. Bed comfortable (if a little difficult to get into!). Thoughtful enough to provide fans (no air-con).
Very slow in replenishing breakfast server. No choice of bread at breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good too.
Room was uncomfortably hot and because of the road noise from the M6 we couldn't leave the window open. The fan didn't work.
staff, accommodation, location, comfort, cleanliness,
unfortunately whilst staying a fire broke out in kitchens and hotel had to be evacuated but staff excellent and all got complimentary drink when hotel was declared safe.
Staff friendly and well trained. Breakfast. Good car parking.
No air conditioning, minimal ventilation. No feather pillows. No lift. No room telephone. WiFi was out of service, Shabby building in need of upgrade.
Reception staff excellent. I stayed while my husband was in hospital following a heart attack and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Despite being fully booked with a wedding party the staff were polite and friendly and seemed pleased to help. A very quiet and restful nights sleep after a very long stressful journey.
I have noticed that in the last few occasions in Premier Inn Hotels that the beds are getting incredibly high- presumably these are the ones that have pull out beds underneath. They are difficult t get into if you have mobility issues as I have. Once in though they are remarkably comfy.
Food was good. Bar was nice.
It was really cold in the restaurant. No elevators. Tiles were broken in the bathroom. The whole hotel seemed a little decrepit. We booked a quad room but the fourth bed was on the floor!!
Narrow single beds that moved as they were on wheels
Staff and food excellent
prats in restaurant in vests
