Premier Inn Carlisle (M6, Jct42)  

everything was up to the standard i would expect. your questionnaire does no include overnighting on journey, which was our reason for usingit.

Comfortable bed. Wish we knew which mattress it was!

A well organised premier inn with the standard that premier inn customers are accustom to. Very friendly staff in both the hotel and the table table restaurant across the parking space (breakfast is served there) Breakfast was also plentiful and really good.

Toilet handle snapped off. Room was below a hallway/walkway and could hear every footstep

karen at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. the staff at the restaurant were exactly the same in the face of extra unexpected customers due to a nearby power cut affecting neighbouring premier inns.

Good Location

We needed a simple, clean, family room to spend one night after a long, happy day of wedding celebrations. Our room was very economical, with all we needed & the option of adding breakfast at the pub next door. All the staff were helpful & friendly.

Restaurant service was a little below par, at least 3 menu items were unavailable & breakfast had obviously been 'kept warm'

The room I had with my daughter was good.

My husband was next door but was cold and could not adjust temperature so he had to cover himself with what towels he could, to get warm. It was a very cold night but no extra blankets were provided.

Clean room nice dinner at the table table and breakfast was a great start to the day.

Location close to the motorway is excellent. The lady on receiption was first class, ver friendly and informative. Room and bathroom was clean and functional.

Its a shame you have to wander across a car park to get breakfast in the morning - fine if its a sunny morning, but not so good when its below freezing outside.

Very poor water pressure in the bathroom. Cooked breakfast was spoiled with tinned tomatoes instead of fresh ones.

Clean tidy and friendly staff

We left early as my wife couldnt sleep because the bedding even though it was clean and fresh made her itchy so we decided to skip waiting for breakfast and go.we didnt mention this as we left probably through tiredness but in hindsight we should have done as im sure the staff would have done there best.its a shame we missed out on breakfast as we paid for this in advance.
