Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was very good.
After booking at teatime for a last-minute arrangement, I checked in to the hotel less than 3 hours later with no difficulties whatsoever. The receptionist was really friendly, and our room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The hotel itself was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and overall I couldn't fault anything.
The only thing I could say that was a slight issue is that I missed the entrance to the hotel from the M6, so had to go around the roundabout and come back on myself. Better signage would be good.
The staff were really pleasant and helpful. I left my kindle in the restaurant and they took the trouble to bring it to my room.It was a .nice place and I would use it again
Excellent room. Super breakfast location. Beautifully appointed little eating areas, quite homey!
Friendly and cheerful staff, excellent food facilities nearby. Great value. Clean and fresh rooms. Would recommend :-)
We were impressed with all the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
the location was fine, plus next door to a restaurant, excellent meal.
The bed in room 5, it was small and uncomfortable. I am just under 5' in height and I could touch the bottom, really hardly any room to turn over, far too small for a couple. I mentioned it to staff in the morning but they did not seem overly interested, probably heard it all before. Despite the advert regarding a good nights sleep, I did not get a refund! Very poor service
Great location. Delightful staff - smiley and helpful. The room was spacious, warm, inviting and spotless. Fabulous continental breakfast. Thank you very much!
Couldn't find a single thing we didn't like!!!
All good, use my own wifi , the paid for service is too expensive with limited bandwidth
I liked the general facilities and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
My usual complaint. I hate the - what do you call them? - the alternative to soap in the wash-hand basin and the bath. What's wrong with a small bar of soap? Other places have them. I now bring my own.
The hotel was ideally placed for an overnight stop on the way up to the West Highlands. Staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was easy & straightforward. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed, a couple of armchairs and adequate space to hang clothes and store luggage. Good value. We'll definitely use the hotel again.
Finding the hotel from M6 junction was a little tricky - better signage from the roundabout would be useful.
Good staff, good facilities but finish the building work so people can sleep, plastic on the fence kept us awake all night.
Plastic flapping about on fence kept us awake all night.
goodnight sleep ,good location for a over night not stop on way to scotland, friendly helpful staff , clean well equipped bedroom and good breakfast
evening meal was was average
staff were pleasant and helpful
Lovely hotel in itself.... All clean and bedroom had everything we needed including a travel cot with blankets. Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, especially in terms of booking breakfast and tea and the local pub.
Poo smeared up the bathroom door frame when we checked into our room!
Restaurant near by. Food very good. Was in need of a hair dryer and only too happy to assist with my request.
i like it because its handy for visiting my family and the lakes and the breakfast is fantasic
Happy and helpful staff
We were impressed with everything
Location was very handy and pub next door excellent value for a family and friends meal. Staff friendly in hotel and room clean.
Room was far too hot even with fan and window open making it very difficult to sleep.
cheerful welcome at the Inn , excellent service and good breakfast at the attached eating place (forgotten name ! ). Good value for money. very close to M6 so convenient.
Convenience off the M6. The associate 'Table Table' eating establishment was good value and very close.
No tissues in the bedroom/bathroom.
restaurant and breakfast facilities
We could hear the people in the room above walking around Internet was down for several hours
Staff very friendly, quality and location of restaurant - brilliant! Hotel location very convenient for a break in journey to Scotland - would never have guessed we were on edge of motorway!
That if I had booked my stay a few weeks earlier, I would have paid a quarter of the price for it..... :(
Room was way too hot and there was no air conditioner. The fan provided made no difference.
Location Clean room Friendly staff Pub next door
The 8 hr blackout Not premier inns fault Maybe a suggestion to have candles on site Although with today's health and safety we probably wouldn't be able to light them
