Very convenient for us all to meet up. Have used this Premier Inn about 5/6 times over the ppast couple of years and never been diappointed.
Couldn't find the special deal you've had on previous occasions!
Stayed on 2nd floor, we asked for a quiet room, we were not disappointed. Visiting our son, daughter in law and grand daughter, the hotel gave us that little space we all needed at the end of tiring days
Can not think of anything negative, about the hotel, staff were pleasant, hotel was clean, cost was reasonable, what more would you want
No tv remote or milk in room. Check in staff polite how ever you could tell she just couldn't be bothered. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't get it and went to the pub 2 mins walk away where it was less than half the price for the same thing. Fire alarm went off at 8am I know this can't be helped but it wasn't a practice clearly someone in the kitchen had burnt something. Just nothing special about this hotel especially for the price.
Very smart hotel
Long walk from main road
Breakfast Bed was comfortable Quiet environment Polite staff
Holes in curtains Holes in bed linen Children's beds not made up Only 1 towel with 4 guests Only 2 glasses and 2 mugs Room very small for a family of 4 Tv remote did not work
Great location for us central for what we had to do
Nothing, all was good
Service in restaurant was outstanding. Very quick and super hot food. Just the thing after a long drive from the south. Wonderful comfy bed, as always. And room was quiet.
Staff were very friendly and attentive .
Really enjoyable night until someone knocked on the door and told us to keep the noise down. The barman very rude when ask for drinks after 23:00,beinging a 24/7 hotel. But will be comeing back.
breakfast was very good i liked that they took your order and it was freshly cooked and hot.
We were two elderly sisters with some mobility issues. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
Not too bit - not too small - just right - and Costa Coffee on tap (yahooooo)
The food was amazing but that's about it
The bed felt like someone had put something underneath the sheets was so lumpy and horrible worst nights sleeps I have had at a premier in ever
Friendly staff, clean room
a bit noisy, can hear through the wall and ceiling
I liked especially the large bed. The 'housekeeping' was very considerate about us leaving promptly at 10am . My wife was ill.
We did not like having to pay UPFRONT. We had paid for two breakfasts but due to illness my wife was unable to eat hers and she was too ill on leaving to ask for a re-imbursement. We needed to get home and to a doctor.
Easy to find Close to Digger Land Nice restraunt attached
Breakfast took 50 minutes to be served to us! Far too long- especially as it was not busy, we were the only table in!
staff very friendly,comfy bed
The friendly atmosphere, the attentive, pleasant and extremely professional staff. We had booked for bed & breakfast and only had to pay a small supplement to upgrade to the meal deal which was excellent value as the food was delicious. Special mention must go to Simon who made our stay special.
No signage after leaving the main road.
close to motorway, ideal overnighter.
Didn't arrive till 23:00 so everything was closed.
The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, we stayed there to take my son to diggerland, it's location was perfect, breakfast was lovely plenty of choice
Only one plug socket , to charge 2 phones , use the fan and watch tv
- food was excellent, value for money - room was lovely, large bed, very clean - staff very helpful and friendly
We thought that the Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Friendliness of staff who made our stay welcoming
Staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. Room was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. Despite proximity to motorway, road noise was not particularly noticeable even though my room faced the traffic. Plenty of parking available and covered by CCTV.
Convenient for travelling to bigger towns and cities
Limited tea and coffee provisions ( 1 cup of coffee/tea bag per person for the day) Rooms very hot.
