Got exactly what I expected
All the staff we met where very helpful and polite. On our arrival the lady on reception ( Diane) we think was very very helpful , my wife suffers from a seriously bad back and hip and Diane went and fetched 2 more pillows and a blanket so my wife could sleep upright in the chair. For me the bed was lovely and comfortable.
Nothing it was all good thank you.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and close to our venue. Air conditioning which was very quiet and essential at night.
Noise from A12 when windows open.
The hotel was convenient for my purposes. Room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Booking was also very easy.
Not easy to find even with the supplied directions. Very little food advertised on the in room menu to cope with my dietary requirement - coeliac - so I did not 'eat in'. Noisy with the window open as it is adjacent to the A12.
Very friendly staff. AC in rooms. Comfortable beds. Very nice pub next door.
Vanda was really friendly and efficient
Everything. Thank you. Xx
How hard the bed, but hey hoe you can't have everything. Must say you need to have diasabled bedrooms close to entrance, as a disabled person who has difficulty walking having to walk to two long corridors was hard. Xx
Although next to the busy A12 the triple glazing means that you cannot hear the road noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The TV was adequate, but would have been better if it had been a little larger. We were impressed with this first experience of a Premier Inn hotel. In fact we came back here again later in our holiday and also stayed at other Premier Inn hotels. We only used the pub next door once but it seemed to be very friendly and welcoming.
Very limited amount of free Internet each day - 30 minutes is not enough. Especially when it comes in one block. Disconnecting did not stop the clock. It was expensive to buy more time, so we would often have to go elsewhere when we had to respond to emails.
The staff were polite, friendly and smiley. The reception guy when we arrived extremely helpful as we were early and needed to prepare for a wedding. Fantastic room, need step ladders for the bed. Everywhere comfortable and 'fresh' clean not just clean. It was quiet most of the time, and I particularly like the idea of "quiet zones" for those not in the party mood after 12am. Shower was AWESOME. Will definitely use P. I. again
Lack of decaf coffee, although we could have asked I guess. Also, for 2 people in a room, 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea not quite there as we both drink coffee.. It wasn't the end of the world though - and again, we could have trotted down and asked for more.
Handy location, comfy bed, great shower
Food wasn't great but as expected
The Grange staff were great
A small workout room would have completed the facility.
clean and comfy.
Persistently woken by the people in the room above from 5am onwards
Food and service in the restaurant
Clean and comfortable room / bathroom and bed linen Friendly staff Easy parking Good breakfast menu Value for money
No lights showing the turning off the main road to the hotel (pitch black at night) Shower gel dispenser was empty
It was perfect for where we were visiting and the pub/restaurant adjacent was idyllic.
We booked a family room for two adults and two children and when we got to our room there was only one bed. I had to ask for two more beds to be made up and we had to wait in the adjacent pub while they did that. We were moving up the country to head to holyhead and asked if they could find a deal for us in another premier inn but they did not have the facility to dothatfor us which is a bit ridiculous.
Great location and food
breakfast was very good relaxed and welcoming.....room was standard but more than okay for the money. We would go again
if more than 1 nite then the room would have been far to small for king size bed and 2 fold-out singles.
The room was very comfortable and the staff eager to please
9am was a bit early to finish serving breakfast
The receptionist helped us find somewhere nice to eat.
We could hear the traffic as we were close to the main road, so if you do stay here ask for a room away from the road.
Bed was very very uncomfortable, sink had hairs all around it and there was noise throughout the night. A complaint has been filed to premier inn staff
Why do they charge £67 one week and £49 the next?
comfy bed, good size room, very clean.
Quiet location comfortable room
We got a bit lost and went to the wrong premier inn. It was a bit confusing because there are two premier inns very close together.
The staff were very polite and obliging .Spacious rooms and very clean
We found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable due to the mattress being very hard. The breakfast at the Grange next door was a disaster as we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be served it and it arrived only just warm.
