very helpful staff. just out side of cheltenham town centre not to busy.
Comfy bed to sleep on our way elsewhere. No problems at all.
we often stay in premier inns and this was as good as any others.the breakfasts are always good and good value for money
The staff were All extremely friendly and cheerful!
Everything except the price we paid for staying.
Having to pay extra for breakfast. This should be included.
Room was clean and reception staff helpful and friendly.
Room was far to hot which made sleeping very uncomfortable even with the window slightly open and the fan on.Non of my family including my children slept well.
Comfy bed!! Nice shower!!
Not enough milk in room, hot water for tea at breakfast was only just warm and the toaster didn't toast
Free parking. Large room. Easy chair for relaxing. Close to food outlets.
No drawers for small items of clothes. No rack to put suitcase on.
It is cheap and cheerful and certainly value for money. The attached Cross Hands Inn was very very helpful in supporting a meeting and evening meal which I hosted there. Decent food at a good price, particularly if the hotel's 'meal deal' option was used. I will use it again, despite the problem with the disabled room
I booked a STANDARD double room several months in advance. Two weeks before my planned stay, I called the hotel to confirm my booking and the girl on reception confirmed that a DISABLED was booked in my name. I explained to her that I had not booked a disabled room and recommended that she change my booking to a standard room. When I arrived and checked in, I was rather surprised to find that our room was a disabled room. I suspect that this prevented a couple who needed a disabled room from getting such a facility. Additionally, a disabled room represents some reduction in comfort for an able bodied person - the toilet door cannot be locked - the sink is much lower than normal.
No air con our room was like an oven.
A/C in room didn't work and was far far too hot. Clearly they new about this as two fans were provided however but this didn't cool room down so sleeping was very uncomfortable.
It was just off the M5 but no noise and easy to get back to M5 to continue our journey next day
Really, we were pleased by all of it. Location was good, even though there's a lot of passing traffic, we hardly noticed it. We had a spacious Disabled room with large wet shower. A bonus were the one large and one small fan, which were great for the muggy weather conditions. Hair dryer, kettle, the usual, all there, plenty plug points etc. Bed was fantastic, big and comfy as advertised, linen clean, pillows plump. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back next year :)
Menu for the attached Beefeater restaurant (and yes, I know it's a Beefeater but it was handy after a gruelling 8-hour car trip), was very poor for we veggies. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.
Staff very friendly & helpful as always
I have to say this is not to the standard we have experienced before. In fact it was the poorest.i arranged the booking telling my guests how good you are as a company & I felt I had let them down. Will not recommend.
Spacious, comfortable room. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Thoughtful approach, for example leaving curtains closed to prevent afternoon sun making the room unbearably hot. Breakfast quality looks to be improving from my other Premier Inn experiences.
Not a lot. Beefeater food is not great, but I suppose is priced for what it is.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate if a little too warm but 2 fans were in the room.
The proximity to Beefeater, as there was nothing else really in the vicinity.
One of the ladies on the reception was quite rude. There should be more vegetables on the Beefeater menu (that's more for Beefeater than premier though, I know)
Staff friendly and helpful
Looks a bit tired expecially the bathroom. No air conditioning only a fan.
bed comfort. closeness to the beefeater. value, and staff were super friendly and helpful.
if anything, the hotel entrance and carpet is tatty. but that will not detract me from coming back
Very quiet, comfortable hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, very pleasant stay for whole family
Service at beefeater next door was slow, no croissants (as advertised) were available for breakfast each time we went, was all my wife wanted with coffee (coffee flask on buffet table emptied really quick, so even though bottomless only managed to get 1 cup)
The hotel was across the road from a super market and right next to the Beefeater. This was great as we have a 11 month old and needed to grab a quick meal and get supplies easily.
The TV in the room did not work so morning was a little more difficult as we could not distract the little one while we got dressed. we had a pram and travel cot which are very difficult to to carry up the stairs with a child. We were not offered help or directed to a lift. Still not sure if the building had a lift. the room was not worth the £70, we usually spent £40 - £50 on a premier inn.
Excellent cust service at reception problem delt with properly. Clean bathroom great breakfast
The triple room was too small for an extra bed and the one provided was rock hard my ,grandaughter daughter and i all had to share the double which was very comfy but not for 3 ! Our room also overlooked the bins which was not very nice as we had come to see lovely cheltenham. My daughter told the lovelylady on checkingout and was refunded without beeing made to feel that we were a problem so very good customer service. We will stay again but hopefully a better room and nights sleep ! .
