Bed. Choice of pillows
Musty smell. Tired carpets. Particulary on stairs and hall. Poor window dressing. No hairdryer. (Wires were cut). Mould in bathroom
The staff of both the hotel and the beefeater where breakfast was served were the most friendliest and helpful I have ever come across. Would definitely recommend.
The reason for our stay was because we were going to the races on New Years day, the location was perfect. The staff at the reception were very helpful and polite. We stayed in a quad room which had plenty space for us and our young son, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want from full English to fruit and yogurts, I would highly recommend the poached eggs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
Slow staff in the Resturant attached
The cooked breakfast was made to order.
The air conditioning kept the room cold. I had to keep my thermal top on in bed. The room smelt like a combination of wet dog and unclean feet. The buffet section of the breakfast wasn 't topped up regularly. The ladies toilets were not clean.
Staff were very plesant and helpful will visit again
We use premier inns as your services fit our budget and the evening meals are excellent quality and great value.
But find that the cost of the breakfast are too expensive.
The Bed was the most comfortable ever. Good value for money. Bar and Restaurant next door Right side of town for the Races.
Breakfast was poor quality and value. Bar staff limited and inexperienced .....they need a good hands on manager.
Location was good for work and a pub next door to have food and drink
Limit on number of devices able to use WiFi. For a family with an older child it is very likely that all three family members occupying a family room will require access to WiFi.
the bed was great excellent hairdryer very clean large bathroom love the maneuverable tv great idea having a desk fan and a room fan made good use of them
room was a little hot had difficulty cooling it down
Very pleasant receptionist. Cleanliness and comfort up to standard. Although located on a busy main road next to traffic lights the window glazing blocks all noise out.
As found with other Premier Inns the bath side is quite high and could cause problems for anyone with hip or joint problems particularly when stepping out of the bath. Perhaps a grab rail would provide a better level of security.
The bed and cleanliness. Staff very welcoming.
No air con, cooked breakfast very poor, could hear every sound from nearby rooms.
The room was lovely, and apart from the very nosy kids above us very quiet my partner slept well most nights but unfortunately it was a bit hit and miss for me. I'd also like to thank the staff at the restaurant and especially the breakfast bar for their help selecting food as I only recently discovered that I am pregnant and was struggling to eat.
The kids above us made an awful lot of noise, so sadly I didn't sleep well.
2 fans were provided which was excellent.
Unfortunately the room was very warm and quite stuffy. Needed to have fans running at all times.
Restaurant at side of hotel, excellent food. The beds are really comfy with memory foam topped mattress. Flat screen Samsung TV with all freeview channels. Shower is powerful.
Slight road noise & bin waste was collected from adjacent restaurant at 7am which woke me up!
Modern Freshness of room.
the staff were very helpful and friendly to everyone, top class.
The fact that it is situated fairly close to the Gloucester Worcester Steam railway
The duvets are quite thick and we found that the room got very hot in the night. Could not open the window because of the traffic noise.
Quiet room, friendly staff, good breakfast
High cost for the single member of the party
very helpful staff. just out side of cheltenham town centre not to busy.
Lovely friendly staff on Reception. Also in the Beefeater Restaurant, particularly Shirley and Dawn. Nice clean room. Large car park. Nearby bus route into Cheltenham.
The kettle in the room took ages to boil, and didn't seem to fit the base properly. The fan in the bathroom was very weak, and didn't remove the steam after a shower. The Beefeater seems to get more expensive every time we come, and it really should offer a fresh fruit alternative for dessert. All that cream, fudge, chocolate and syrup is SO 1980s, and no good at all if you have diabetes!
Comfy bed to sleep on our way elsewhere. No problems at all.
we often stay in premier inns and this was as good as any others.the breakfasts are always good and good value for money
