Good location; near motorway and also close to out of town shopping area. Really comfortable beds. Great shower. Friendly staff.

No negatives.

Ease of booking, convenient location. Very comfortable bed, spacious room. Close vicinity to Beefeater, which has excellent food and service.

No flat screen tv as advertised, no biscuits on tea tray, restaurant should refrain from emptying bottles in bin at night ( noisy clatter each night).

Breakfast facilities not as good as some of your hotels

Clean and modern hotel room for reasonable price. Would use a Premier Inn again. Breakfast was good value for money too.

Location was a bit too far from Race-course and had difficulty getting to and from where we wanted to be but this was due to Cheltenham Festival Events not coordinating better facilities for racegoers staying in Cheltenham.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms.

the duvet cover was stained.

Staff we're very helpful. The tv in our room didn't work and a member of staff came straight away to try and fix the problem, as she couldn't do this she remibused the total cost of the room without me even having to say or ask.

nice room everything clean, bed great pleased with the hotel.

water for washing,shaving etc,could have been hotter,kettle took forever to boil,but these were minor problems.

For us this Inn is well placed to attend the Badminton Tournament held at Cheltenham Leisure Sports Centre over 2 days (Sat/Sun) special offer prices very very good deal.

Did not realise I was booked into a disabled room which was opposite reception and noisey all night as guest returned and talked in corridor ouside room. Felt very uncomfortable in disabled room as I felt I could have denied some one who really needed the room.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to Cheltenham.

I was very disappointed and upset by the attitude of one of the receptionists who was on duty on the evening of Friday 5th October and almost cancelled my stay because of him. I explained I was travelling alone for the first time and was a wheelchair user and just wanted to check some things out. I had requested a wheel in shower if possible, He said I wouldn't have one as it had already been booked out before my request. (I had booked this room in JUNE) He never asked my name or booking number to check whether I had one. I let this go, and then asked if some-one would be would be able to help me with my suitcase. He said they might, but it would probably mean making other guests wait. It did NOT reassure me. He did say he would ring me back, but by that time I was so disappointed, upset and worried. I did not want to talk to him any-more. Luckily I have stayed at Premier Inns several times and found the staff helpful. Which was the case when I arrived the next day. My room as it happened was literally just across the corridor from reception on the ground floor and it would have taken less than a minute for some-one to give me assistance. Instead a friend had to come with me to help me check in. I am thinking of putting in a formal complaint as I would not like other travellers to be anxious and worried before their stay like I was. The other staff were fine, and on Saturday another receptionist found me an extension lead to enable me to charge my wheelchair.

The South African male receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. I heard him speaking with many guests and he was first-rate. Did not get his name, but we stayed on nights of 5/6 October. He should be commended.

It rained heavily when we stayed and we were disturbed the whole first night by a continuous running/flooding drainpipe near our window. We reported it to a female receptionist in the morning. She said she'd look into it. We had continental breakfast but had to wait for croissants for 15 minutes. As these are on offer, they should be always available. They seemed to cook them in small batches considering the number of people wanting them and waiting for them.

Very friendly staff.

No proper soap. An abundance of notices - I felt assaulted by notices wherever I looked. I couldn't believe the ineptitude of the barmaid - she didn't know the price of the drinks she was serving; she didn't know that Courvoisier was a brandy; and it took her about 3 minutes to ring up a sale as she had to wait for a colleague to swipe her card. Never again.

The staff in the attached restaurant were more concerned about cleaning and setting up the rest of the restaurant than clearing our table and seeing if we wanted desert or coffee. They also weren't very pleasant...... Which was the opposite of the hotel staff who were great.

The quad room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff from receptionist, through to house keepers, and restaurant staff were very lovely and kind.

A Premier Inn is a Premier Inn. Clean, efficient, decent sized room,good facilities, no frills, no character but it does the job

.As many people now begin to realise , to get the cheap price they boast is almost impossible to get. There are better value hotels out there with character too like Best Western but Premier Inn are everywhere and you know what you are going to get.

Nice Room, Good pub next door for nice evening meal and breakfasts Good location near motorway.

Perfect location for attending the Wychwood festival...and a great price!
