pub close by
a bit far from the centre of town
Heating, outside carpark lighting;( didn't sleep as well as normally
Staff were exceptional-friendly and helpful. The room was fairly spacious and quiet. I liked the restaurant next door where breakfast could be purchased, as it wasn't included in my rate.
30 mins only of wifi per day-really- this wreaks of penny pinching. The hotel was mean with toiletries, etc. with three Premier Inns in Chester, I managed to select the wrong one in Satnav.
The staff were very pleasant friendly and helpful especially on reception although we didn't get their names. John in the restaurant was excellent also.
Comfy room Free parking Reasonably priced
WiFi only 30 mins free Had to pay extra for breakfast
Nothing to speak of
Excellent location just off the A55 for North Wales and near for chester. Value for money re accomadation, food at the Brewers Fayre.
Although on a busy road the room was well insulated and soundproofed comfortable bed clean rooms Reception staff excellent, as were all the hotel staff very helpful
No area to sit and have just a drink after dinner. Service general good in restaurant. However sweet course service very slow Some of passages to rooms looked a little tired
Helpful staff Sainsbury's & bus stop for town very handy Sainsbury's offer better food in their café than do Brewers Fayre (for vegetarians & people with special diets)
The adjacent Brewers Fayre (which is used in place of a hotel bar & restaurant) was not to our taste in terms of ambiance & quality / nature of the food on offer
Friendly helpful staff
easy to find and plenty of parking, lovely clean room and very friendly staff on reception. Cleaning staff were also very polite, smiling and saying hello as we passed in the corridor.
the gentleman working in the bar next door was quite rude and abrupt when my husband and son tried to order food on the evening, aapparently it was past the time slot for jacket potatoes, he made them feel extremely unwelcome and they returned to the room hungry. We were dreading going to breakfast but luckily he wasn't there and the morning staff were lovely.
Air con was broke bed was uncomfortable
Friendly and helpful reception staff, made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped into the hotel!
Cannot think of anything really!
Everything . staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean.
from our arrival our every need was catered for. Lovely staff, fantastic service and clean, comfortable rooms.I wpuld provide a testamonial if ever asked.
absolutely nothing to dislike
The receptionist was excellent ,she dealt well when a very rude Austrailian couple kept butting in whilst she was booking us in . She dealt with out specific requirements superbly.
Great location for Chester Zoo and Blue Planet Aquarium. Good breakfast served in pub next door so plenty of space. Sainsburys over the road if you need any essentials!
Our room was next to the stairs which were incredibly noisy and right above the exit to the pub/car park so again we got a lot of noise. Not ideal with small children.
Not much to say as Premier Inss are all so very similar. This is a newer one so in good condition.
Standard Premier Inn quality. It convenient and very reasonable price if you have a car. 30min. free internet access daily (i.e. twice if you connect in the evening and in the morning).
Great value for money, ideal for young family having the pub with park next door.
Didn't have the best night sleep found it to be quite uncomfortable plus the air con was not working or turned off so very stuffy. Although fans were provided they were too noisy.
Staff we're very helpful and friendly.
Room very hot with very little ventilation needed air con.
Staff @accom excellent
Crossing to the breakfast facility in the pub next door in the rain @to far from the city had to get taxis each way all the time -costly over the two day period
Really clean and all facilities we needed. Sainsburys and bus stop just outside hotel to go into centre of chester. Only 3 miles from chester zoo!!
