I would just like to say how polite and helpful Marie on the desk was. We got there at 10.45 and Marie kept us updated on our room's when available and is a credit to your chain. We will definately be staying again. Thank you.

Family friendly, staff in restaurant were extemely helpful on the evening. Breakfast and food was better than expected. Very clean. Sitting in the bar on the day of arrival from 1.45pm -staff forgot we were waiting for our room and had to wait another hour. Not ideal when trying to keep children entertained.

Reception staff were helpful in resolving issue with room. Quad room wasn't setup. Fold out bed was uncomfortable even for 12 year old. Evening meal was ok but staff appeared disinterrested - hence no tip. Breakfast hot items weren't topped up frequently leading to long queues when plates were eventually filled. Lack of directions to hotel parking on booking details.

The staff were informative and helpful. We took the car parking option which was great and convenient. Breakfast was good value. Great place to stop when visiting the historic city. There was nothing we didn't like.

the hotel is in a fantastic location the staff are realy good the only problem we had we booked family rooms with a double bed and a sofa bed when i spoke to booking .com they said they would speak to the hotel whitch they did while i was still on the phone .the hotel said because we where a all mall party they would put a single bed in the rooms rather than a put u up . the hotel did not do this so when i spoke to reception they said they do not put single beds into family rooms .so therfor a adult had to sleep in a pu u up

Clean. Rooms good. Bathroom good also apart from comment I made in the "not like" section. Designed for one-nighters as no wardrobe. No coffee table. Woud have appreciated a rubber mat inside the shower.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Good location. It was not possible to turn the extractor fan off in the bathroom and even with the door closed it could still be heard.

Its location Dislike parking arrangements the hotel has 14 parking spaces two of which are disabled however they issued more permits to park Than there were spaces Consequently when you go out for the day there was no space on our return. When one has to pay 6 pounds for the privilege you expect a space to be reserved.

Good value for money. Food was excellent. Location. Unable to check in on time. Insufficient on site car parking. Insufficient room in the restaurant for breakfast, we had to sit in the bar for ours. Not enough staff on reception, when trying to check in and out there were lengthy quees.

The shower was fantastic. The whole place was increadibly clean & quiet. The bed was hard. I asked for extra pillows but did not receive them. The inconvenience of needing ID to pay by cash. A toilet paper dispenser which gives 1 small square of paper at a time.
