Excellent - quite surprised how good, even for a Premier Inn

everything was first class as always and nothing was to much trouble

Our room was right in front on the lift. Noise of other guests.

only comment,one facetowel was provided per double room!

the rooms were clean spacious, the staff were very very friendly and helpfull.

The room was quiet and comfortable - (room 21)

The bathroom had a bad smell of drains which even with the door shut still permeated the bedroom all night

The breakfast at the adjoining Harvester inn was disgraceful. Dirty plates, dirty cups and glasses and a kitchen that was unable to keep up with demand for the hot cooked breakfast items. For the £8 or so that was charged, it was very poor value for money.

The hotel was a little out of town but easily accessible. The room was quiet good and clean and the bed was v.comfy with plenty of pillows. The staff were cheerful and helpful.

It would be nice to have a fridge.

Handy for station and appreciated early morning call.

Why is there no heated rail in the bathroom?

Staff courteous and welcoming; even called to confirm we were still coming (as we arrived quite late); rooms always clean, consistent, comfortable, accomodating our growing families needs... (not sure what happens when we hit 5 of us though? & that is soon!!) Breakfast was great!

Nothing we didn't like.

location was ideal for getting in to Sheffield and the Peak District, Bakewell, Chatsworth etc...

the access road was poorly maintained

Price very expensive for what you get

The staff were some of the best I have come across in any hotel. They went out of their way to help with everything. The room was also perfectly clean and huge!

The only small thing I can write about here is that I think the restaurant may need to service the pot washing machine. A couple of dirty cups laid out at breakfast.

room (84) didn't get warm, and heating reverted to cold at about 7am

nice room comfy bed not having to walk outside to get to the pub to eat was connected to the inn

did not like having a separate shower no phone in our room if any problems

The bed was so comfy,we were in a nice quite room,it was clean and staff were friendly

Room wasnt very hot as didnt notice untill the morning we left that there was a terrible cold draft coming from the window even though it was shut

There were a couple of cup rings on the dressing table in my room but apart from that it was clean

The staff were very helpful and pleasent, nice,clean and spacious rooms,

The rooms when being made up for two people,would be better if the beverages were doubled up, ie; 4 teabags instead of just the 2, and there is an issue with the plug socket mounted on the wall directly above the dressing table area, it is placed too close to the top of it for modern day plugs, struggled to get the plug into the socket because of this, it really needs to be fitted slightly higher apart from these two nigglely things, everything was fine

It was convenient for us as near family

It was quite noisy. Lots of children running about at 10.30 in the evening which i thought was a bit late. also running around at 6.30 in the morning.

Hotel was quiet and away from traffic Staff were friendly and helpful We were able to access the restaurant from the hotel, so didn't get rained on! Good food. We especially like the fact that they had a hot water machine for tea making, much better than those awful thermos flasks.

The staff were all very helpful in both the hotel and the pub next dooe

The windows don't cut out a lot of noise from outside, we were frequently disturbed by trains our first night
