Beginning with a very helpful receptionist our two night stay was very enjoyable. Room was comfortable and clean and warm. Location is fantastic and the perfect spot to explore the surrounding Peak District. Breakfast was very good value especially as kids eat free.

Thought the ajoining beefeater is rather expensive although there are plenty of pubs nearby serving food.

Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable room.

There were no tables available at the time we wanted for dinner at the beefeater next door (which is fair enough as we arrived quite late and it was a Saturday night) it might be good to have an option to book a table here at the same time time as booking your room.

The hotel was great like most Premier Inns, however the location is more like an old coaching inn. Try the meal deal for fantastic value and still good quality. Perfect for a family getaway.

Can get very busy so book your table.

Conveniently placed for the things we wanted to see in Derbyshire including Chatsworth House The staff were extremely efficient and helpful - even recommending places to dine for a special occasion

Friendly Staff - warm comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect - in all, a very enjoyable stay and will certainly be returning in the future.

The weather! would have liked to see the ice and snow cleared from the door way to Reception - was rather dangerous.

Not really in Chesterfield Heating in room wasn't very effective and could've done with more heat!

Good duvet

Receptionist trying to cheat by charging breakfast twice. She probably thought she could get away with that with a naive dane. I picked it up, and got her back to agreed price from booking. Internet too slow to be usable. Tried free 30 minutes only. Not prepared to pay extra for internet.

The staff were great, could not be more helpful. The guy running the place was excellent.

We have to say a big thank you to all the staff, especially Lynda who was on the desk when we arrived, she was very helpful and extremely professional in the way she booked us in. Our room was incredibly comfortable, especially as there were 4 of us which included twin 11 year old boys. It was also spotlessly clean with everything thought of for our comfort. Our boys were delighted with the complimentary hot chocolate. We had come to Chesterfield to attend a family funeral and our stay at the Premier Inn made it a bit more bearable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to our friends.

Very convenient for our Christmas trip to Chatsworth House Staff were so welcoming and rooms spotless and quiet. Would always stay here again.
