Score from 174 reviews Very good
Quiet area even though we were told decorators were there. No problems during our stay. Staff very jolly and courteous. Sally in the beefeater resturant was excellant. Some places could do with more people like her.
Nothing to dislike.
Staff were very friendly & helpful Room facilities were good. Beefeater restaurant on site was good. Free parking. Great breakfast.
The hotel smart and clean. The Beefeater restaurant was excellent value, the food was really good.
Being picky, no clock on the telly and we prefer standard toilet rolls.
Friendly welcome comfortable bed proximity to bar and great breakfast options agin with very friendly helpful staff.
No negative comments at all
Building full of character Brilliant staff Comfortable bed Spacious room Great customer service Good quality food
Nothing at all
After a long drive in heavy traffic, and through fog, the friendly welcome at reception and the clean, made up room, complete with the two requested beds for our children, was brilliant. Very comfortable night.
Only stayed one night so no complaints.
Great location on the edge of the Peak District. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good food and local beer. What else could you want?
Location is brilliant and very handy for Chatsworth and the Peak District. Staff are very helpful and friendly, same at the Highwayman next door.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean as was the bedding and bathroom. Tea making facility super Layout of room super View from our window lovely!
Strange not to offer twin rooms, but the triple room was fine. Towels quite thin but of a good size
Great value for money, very friendly helpful staff, clean. Staff in the resturant also great!! We really enjoyed our stay.
We we're very dissapointed of the quality of the beds we stayed for 2 nights and I didn't sleep at all..I Have made a complaint but still havnt heard back!
The staff were delightfull breakfast was the amazing we stayed hear the night we got married and i couldbt have been happier. It was paecful and quiet the location id lovely and remote
The room was first class, It was also much better than some of the more expensive hotel chains. The same can be said of the staff we encountered, they were very polite amicable and extremely helpful. Breakfast was again first class.Over all the experience was excellant
The only downside was no bathmat in the disabled bath/shower and no complimentary shampoo ( forgot mine which was left at home in error). These were only minor things but the mat left me struggling a little because of my poor mobility.
Beautiful location. Small hotel, clean & friendly. Good Beefeater restaurant next door
Lovely location if a bit isolated.Lovely restuarant.
Welcoming staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Some other Premier Inns I've stayed in have one or two tub chairs and a coffee table in the room. This one didn't, which was disappointing. There was space for at least one easy chair. Paying for 24 hrs wi-fi at £3 it's not a lot but why charge at all - it should be inclusive with the room in my opinion.
Friendly staff who wanted to help with everything. Beefeater next door Good value Nice quiet location
The usual from Premier Inn. No frills or luxuries but the location was excellent and rooms clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The adjacent restaurant served basic pub food but I was surprised how good it was. Lacks the character of a privately owned hotel, but perfectly adequate for a few nights' stay and more than made up for by the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The photograph on booking.com looks awful. The building actually looks much nicer when you see it in the flesh.
Well set out room. Comfy bed. Good size bathroom.
Didn't like only half hour for free wifi.
Helpfulness of the staff
The disabled rooms were placed at the further end of the corridor.
Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good.
Location for us was very good.food at the Beefeater was also very good. Staff in both buildings were courteous and friendly especially in the Inn itself.
Nothing to dislike?
Stayed in a disabled room, which was huge and had a fantastic walk in wet room instead of a conventional bath or shower. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been better.
There was nothing to dislike!
Great location, helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort and facilities, great food and restaurant.
