The location was good for Chichester and surrounding area, with a short walk into town and convenient for the Festival Theatre.
Warm friendly and accommodating.
Friendly Staff Comfy Bed
Air Con broken Unbareably hot room
Staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. From reception staff to bar and restaurant staff, all made us feel happy with their smiles and happy nature.
the wifi worked well, although I don't think in this day and age you should have to pay for it. The staff were very helpful.
It was very hot in the room, and we were told that the thermostat controls did not work and they did provide a fan (!) it was still quite uncomfortable. I hope they get it fixed soon.
The rooms are to hot, can't have the window open at night for noise of traffic, duvet covers do not cover bed.
Location close to Chichester (walking distance). Polite, friendly staff Free Parking Comfortable bed Good shower Excellent breakfast (we had quite early so no problem with being busy). Asked for a quiet room which they provided us with - thank you.
Nothing - all ok
Excellent, helpful and friendly Service from the staff
Staff very helpful excellent breakfast and sensible times up to 11.30!!
Hotel is convenient for the station & the room was well appointed. Very good price that included a substantial, if not gourmet, breakfast. They delivered on their Good Night sleep promise - I didn't sleep and they refunded in full & without hassle once I'd emailed them. (would have preferred a good sleep though)
The much vaunted bed - it was ultra firm and I didn't sleep a wink, made worse by the fact that our room was on the A27 dual carriageway side of the building and there was a lot of road noise all through the night. Ask for a leisure park side room!
All the staff were helpful and polite and seemed pleased to help you, that goes along way. from the reception desk to the cleaners and the catering staff were very busy but always able to assist.
Parking could have been better , with a sign to explain that you could park anywhere and leave your registration of your vehicle at reception. Breakfast was busy but worth a little wait from busy staff. The gas was off , thus some items on the menu were not available on Saturday morning and my baked beans were cold which was an oversight. This was rectified very quickly with no fuss. Many thanks
No hair dryer in room Bed was hard
I loved them location as it was just out of town, nice walk. Very easy to find with plenty of parking which was free. The staff were excellent all round. Asked for extra pillows which were brought to our room immediately. The only downside was when having breakfast in morning, found the tables way to close to each other and couldn't sit down without asking people at other table to move to get in.
The noise from students which kept us awake until 1 am .My husband wanted a boiled egg with toast for his premier breakfast. After some time he was told that the hob was not working and therefore no egg.As no toast arrived he only had a cup of tea that m orning. So he changed to a continental breakfast for the next morning.
Comfortable, clean, good shower
The reception staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We were able to laugh and joke with them and felt really at home.
The restaurant staff were very pleasant but we had to wait too long for our food.also the staff were dusting whilst people were eating, clearing tables yes but not dusting the fireplace surround.
Only one towel in room reception staff also working bar - soda in wine flat - woken in middle of night by air conditioning coming on so couldn't get back to sleep - coffee machine had run out of coffee so had to ask for it to be filled up by which time my breakfast was cold - would not go back to this hotel
It was close to the City & the local Thetre, we came down from Kent to see a show
The lack of taxis
Room was to hot.
Within walking distance of town centre, very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully clean
The heat! Our room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. We were moved to another room where the air conditioning was on but went off soon after we moved in and we could not get it back. In fairness, the receptionist did say we could have called down for someone to come to see to it. We didn't think of this as it was working and assumed it would carry on.
Very convenient for the centre of Chichester, while still being in a quiet location. Reasonably priced, excellent staff and fab breakfast.
ask for a room on the top floor otherwise you can hear the people in the room above you walking around, which is often annoying if they are staying on business and are up at 6.30am.
Clean, big room, good location for town and parking.
Some noisy guests!
Plenty of parking. Good continental breakfast. Towels changed without asking. All despite being one of very few hotels in Chichester.
Reception Staff excellent
Evening Meal and Breakfast the slowest I have experience at premier inn and I have stayed in many Dinner took 35 minutes from the simple single order Breakfast too almost 40 minutes from order and very disorganised some guests ordered 15 minutes after me with larger orders and were served first- not impressed
The air con was essential as the windows opened onto a main road and needed to be kept closed - unfortunately the unit was noisy and not particularly effective. Each time it cut in it woke us up!!
