Very convenient, close to town,
My evening meal was average, breakfast was good though
As above and comfy bed
Lovely comfortable beds, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff.
Happy hour ending at 7
access. breakfast. staff
noise from other rooms and corridor; but especially from the room above.
The room wad comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good
The room was slightly cold (19C) and we did not manage to turn the temperature on. breakfast is not included in the price of the room.
Staff was very friendly and the location is great near to the cinema and restaurants. The hotel let us check in as soon as the room was ready and was very helpfull.
Staff were very nice c e
The stiffness of the room and the awfully pillows on the bed.
The closeness to the town and statio
The lack of croissants in the morning
Everything was smooth and easy. Accomodation, internet and breakfast were excellent.
Location Staff Comfortable bed cleanliness Room services
It was cold. Weather was cold and the heating in the rooms was not adequate. The first night was freezing in air chill. Second morning we made a second request for an extra heater was it someway comfortable. The heating is being upgraded but it needs to be done sooner rather than later.
room service one morning was very poor -no clean towels or teamaking facilities bothered with
Receptionist got me a separate heater which eventually warmed the room. I noticed heaters being brought down from other rooms in the morning. Price is high, £60 including breakfast would be a fair price. I paid £87.75. £60.00 is my budget so I will have to stay at other hotels.
Room was freezing cold only heated with a small electric fan heater with a controller that only went up to 23.5C Other patrons complaining about the hotels service
The location was good for Chichester and surrounding area, with a short walk into town and convenient for the Festival Theatre.
Warm friendly and accommodating.
Friendly Staff Comfy Bed
Air Con broken Unbareably hot room
Staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. From reception staff to bar and restaurant staff, all made us feel happy with their smiles and happy nature.
the wifi worked well, although I don't think in this day and age you should have to pay for it. The staff were very helpful.
It was very hot in the room, and we were told that the thermostat controls did not work and they did provide a fan (!) it was still quite uncomfortable. I hope they get it fixed soon.
The rooms are to hot, can't have the window open at night for noise of traffic, duvet covers do not cover bed.
Location close to Chichester (walking distance). Polite, friendly staff Free Parking Comfortable bed Good shower Excellent breakfast (we had quite early so no problem with being busy). Asked for a quiet room which they provided us with - thank you.
Nothing - all ok
Excellent, helpful and friendly Service from the staff
Staff very helpful excellent breakfast and sensible times up to 11.30!!
Hotel is convenient for the station & the room was well appointed. Very good price that included a substantial, if not gourmet, breakfast. They delivered on their Good Night sleep promise - I didn't sleep and they refunded in full & without hassle once I'd emailed them. (would have preferred a good sleep though)
The much vaunted bed - it was ultra firm and I didn't sleep a wink, made worse by the fact that our room was on the A27 dual carriageway side of the building and there was a lot of road noise all through the night. Ask for a leisure park side room!
All the staff were helpful and polite and seemed pleased to help you, that goes along way. from the reception desk to the cleaners and the catering staff were very busy but always able to assist.
Parking could have been better , with a sign to explain that you could park anywhere and leave your registration of your vehicle at reception. Breakfast was busy but worth a little wait from busy staff. The gas was off , thus some items on the menu were not available on Saturday morning and my baked beans were cold which was an oversight. This was rectified very quickly with no fuss. Many thanks
