Score from 429 reviews Good
Staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant excellent. Hotel very clean. Easy access to Goodwood.
We booked a family room as no double available. This turned out to be a double with two single beds added which made it very cramped. Hotel is located in an industrial estate which isn't publicised. Car parking is in non-secure general public car park. Soap dispenser on wall only - no shampoo etc. Expensive for what it is.
comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location for shops and restaurants Comfort of bed Helpfulness of staff
The space for breakfast was very cramped seating-wise
All very good from reception to restaurant
All the staff were very friendly, hlepful and efficient. Good location - very convenient for the railway station and the town centre. Excellent breakfast
Staff politeness, helpfulness, ready to help at any time. Food good. Woul have liked more vegetarian main course options at dinner. Enjoyed our stay in Chichester very much, would come again and would stay at Premier Inn
Very comfortable room, clean and relaxing.
Unfortunately the air conditioning unit did not work and you could not keep windows open due to the traffic noise right next to the main A27. However they did supply two fans to the room for the duration of our stay. They has problems in the kitchen on the evening we stayed and one of the waitresses had to help out and cook the meals!
The staff were generally engaged and friendly The room was clean The location was within easy walking distance of the town
It's in an industrial park The outside looks dated and faded The food is overpriced My cooked breakfast wasn't offered one morning
Good staff, easy to find and park
Size and cleanliness of room
Friendly staff, decent size room for a family of four. Great breakfast with good coffee. We couldn't fault it and we were centrally located to all the activities we wanted to attend. We would recommend this hotel to other family parties.
Breakfast was chaos as it was very busy.
Staff were good breakfast was good Bed was good
Externally its looks tired. Externally Car Parking is ok if you have nothing more than a Smart car as spaces are tiny
Room too hot.
Staff, general cleanliness
Location of bedroom 101 (over kitchen). Noisy air conditioning unit.
Comfy beds Spotlessly clean Great friendly staff
Location good. Staff very helpful
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. Mattress hard and creaky. Too costly for what it was.
It was all okay, clean tidy nothing special
At the price breakfast could have been included, it's a bit pricey but most places in England are the same.
Approach to guests Nothing too much trouble
Situation of the Inn. We had a very very noisey bedroom which looked onto the main road and traffic noise all night - and I mean ALL night,
well planned hotel, liked being able to open the window when it was so hot!
nice big comfortable bed complaint dealt with well
Poor service at breakfast 50mins waiting time, had to take our own order?? (which didnt make things any quicker either).. Cleaning products left in room and cleaning standard not great either Very very expensive for the standard Will look elsewhere next time before dashing in and booking
Location - easy to find/reach and just a ten minute walk from Chichester centre. Plenty of safe, free parking. Very good breakfasts and restaurant menu. Very comfortable room. Excellent staff.
Outside picnic tables - the noise from inconsiderate guests sitting at these and exhibiting raucous behaviour well into the small hours meant disturbed sleep for those of us in rooms directly above. Following complaints by myself and others these tables were moved by the hotel staff but for a hotel chain which prides itself on a good night's sleep for all guests, I felt the provision of such tables to be quite inappropriate.
Hotel staff ere brilliant, the bar stayed open until late, the rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - though it took a long time to arrive. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town which is full nice restaurants, bars and shops. Excellent location for Goodwood
Hotel is in the car park of a small trading estate - so don't expect nice views.
Stayed during glorious goodwood and @ nearly £190 per night did not get value for money.will not be staying during racing again .
