No hair dryer in room Bed was hard
I loved them location as it was just out of town, nice walk. Very easy to find with plenty of parking which was free. The staff were excellent all round. Asked for extra pillows which were brought to our room immediately. The only downside was when having breakfast in morning, found the tables way to close to each other and couldn't sit down without asking people at other table to move to get in.
The noise from students which kept us awake until 1 am .My husband wanted a boiled egg with toast for his premier breakfast. After some time he was told that the hob was not working and therefore no egg.As no toast arrived he only had a cup of tea that m orning. So he changed to a continental breakfast for the next morning.
Comfortable, clean, good shower
The reception staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We were able to laugh and joke with them and felt really at home.
The restaurant staff were very pleasant but we had to wait too long for our food.also the staff were dusting whilst people were eating, clearing tables yes but not dusting the fireplace surround.
Only one towel in room reception staff also working bar - soda in wine flat - woken in middle of night by air conditioning coming on so couldn't get back to sleep - coffee machine had run out of coffee so had to ask for it to be filled up by which time my breakfast was cold - would not go back to this hotel
It was close to the City & the local Thetre, we came down from Kent to see a show
The lack of taxis
Room was to hot.
Within walking distance of town centre, very friendly and helpful staff, beautifully clean
The heat! Our room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. We were moved to another room where the air conditioning was on but went off soon after we moved in and we could not get it back. In fairness, the receptionist did say we could have called down for someone to come to see to it. We didn't think of this as it was working and assumed it would carry on.
Very convenient for the centre of Chichester, while still being in a quiet location. Reasonably priced, excellent staff and fab breakfast.
ask for a room on the top floor otherwise you can hear the people in the room above you walking around, which is often annoying if they are staying on business and are up at 6.30am.
Clean, big room, good location for town and parking.
Some noisy guests!
Plenty of parking. Good continental breakfast. Towels changed without asking. All despite being one of very few hotels in Chichester.
Reception Staff excellent
Evening Meal and Breakfast the slowest I have experience at premier inn and I have stayed in many Dinner took 35 minutes from the simple single order Breakfast too almost 40 minutes from order and very disorganised some guests ordered 15 minutes after me with larger orders and were served first- not impressed
The air con was essential as the windows opened onto a main road and needed to be kept closed - unfortunately the unit was noisy and not particularly effective. Each time it cut in it woke us up!!
Friendly and efficient staff
Not enough tea, coffee, milk and sugar in room
I was there overnight on business. In the morning before I set off to work. I poured boiling hot water into a cup to make a cup of tea. The lid if the kettle is faulty and water sprayed out everywhere across the work surface and all down my leg scalding it. I had to stand under a cold shower for 5 minutes. i got dressed and informed reception and they did not offer me any first aid, or any other support, they just apologised and said they would see to the kettle. I sent an email the same day it happened to Premier Inn Customer Services and I've still not had a response. When I reached my work place my leg was still burning so I was administered first aid and had to fill in the accident book. I hope they will respond soon.
Breakfast Staff Room size
Not enough staff at busy times
within walking distance of town and the college (I was visiting my son).
Expensive I never seem to get the £39 rooms?
Wanted a double, got a twin. Wanted it clean, got it dirty. Wanted no mould in the bathroom - it was mouldy. Wanted to sleep like Lenny Henry, on a cloud - got the worst bed in the world. Horrid. and don't have breakfast, you'll be disappointed. Very disappointed.
Lots of room and clean
Lots of traffic noise Breakfast was poor, breakfast room was cramped everything empty, no cups for coffee and messy.
As the Premier Inn does not have walk-in showers we were offered a disabled room which had a lower bath to climb into & provided a mat to prevent slipping. I have two artificial hips. We only ate breakfast there but there was a very good choice.
I would prefer a cupboard with doors on to keep our clothes in. I assume the open shelves would make it easier for someone in a wheelchair.
Clean and big roomd
Very expensive. No good showergel and shampoo.
The helpful and friendly staff.
The carpet is not very clean. The temperature of the air-con cannot be adjusted.
the staff on duty, really helpful
