Great location, easy to get to town and the amenities

The location and facilities and the fact that we were refunded our night's stay, without any fuss, due to air conditioning not working.

The room faced south and it was very hot.The air conditioning did not work and staff were unable to relocate us due to the hotel being full We were provided with a fan but it was not much help. However, our night's stay was refunded without any hassle.

We liked the location and the easy access to the beautiful city of Chichester. There was a very good choice of places to visit nearby and also a huge choice of restaurants in the town in which we could eat.

We were not impressed by the quality of the mattress in the room in which we stayed, though the staff were helpful once we had pointed out this failing.

Fan in bathroom stayed on too long. Far longer than necessary, assuming it is adjustable duration the same as ours at home which is the same brand. It was irritating last thing at night but a bit trivial grouse given everything else.

Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was very clean throughout.

Breakfast needs to be self service. Every room need a small fridge.

Great location, it was really lovely to be in the centre of town within good walking distance of the shops.

Te reception staff were very helpful in advising where to go in town using a map to show where to go. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Room was far to hot so I did not sleep as well as I have in the past at other Premier Inns. One member of staff at breakfast was very unfriendly, even aggressive.

Our room 103 had a really bad smell, wasn't sure if it was down to blocked drains or the bin store outside our window really bad.

Location, comfort and friendliness of the staff. First time I have been phoned to check that I am still visiting the hotel the day before.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location near the train station. Generally nice food in the restaurant (exceptions noted in negatives).

View from room over a car park, basically - can't be helped! Restaurant - dinner: 'medium rare' steak was actually 'well done'. Breakfast: no bran flakes available as cereal. Scrambled eggs were rather tasteless.

Clean and comfortable room and the breakfast was great.

I stayed at the hotel because I was attending the Chichester Festival Theatre with friends. Room was very nice. Facilities were Very good. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful carrying things for me as I have a bad back. Hope to attend another play, in due course and will definitely stay at the Chichester Premier Inn

Requested walk in shower, as have bad back. Disabled access bathroom only had shower over bath. But bath was very low, so I was able to use shower. Could do with footstool, to make climbing into/out of bath easier, or a step at one end of bath. More teabags and milk sachets please

Was very disappointed as had to complain that evening as loud music and banging was coming from two rooms. Also the heating was to hot we woke and left at 7.30am, not a pleasant stay.

Location - being able to walk into the city. Staff were friendly and reception was welcoming. Room was adequate, clean and comfortable. Being able to leave the car at the hotel for the morning while we explored.
