This prominent Grade II listed building is situated on the A4. Built in the 18th century, the original Brewery House is still intact and overlooks the medieval courtyard.

All staff TV Tea and Coffee making facilities location and car parking
Being woken at 5am for the fire alarm and being evacuated to the Brewers Fayre Staff need more trianing on evacuation procedure and keeping guests informed Perhaps a megaphone?
Location good, restaurant was decent with plenty of choice.
The road works (not within your control)
Welcoming and friendly stasis, comfortable clean rooms
Bed. Cleanliness. Staff.
Freezing room. Soon warmed up though. Shouldn't be charging for wifi in this day and age.
room was good reception friendly
very noisy guests yelling way after quiet zone times and knocking and shouting at doors :( not a good night's rest at all
So easy to book hassle free, great reception from Ian who was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs despite being the only member of staff on reception, he took time out to sort the baby's cot and bedding out. Even found a charger for my iPhone, thank you Ian you were brilliant!
Nothing, the hotel was perfect for our needs considering how late we had left it to book a hotel!
Very easy access and easy to find. Located in a small town and away from main roads so very quiet and safe. Next to Brewers Fair and supermarket. Only few minutes away by car to local train station. 20 min by train to Bath. Staff are very polite, professional and helpful.
A bit small room for a family of 2 adults and 2 older children. Bed was a bit hard.
Prem.Inn charged me £315. which I paid, but they maintained I had not paid for breakfast. I was in a queue of customers and was a bit embarrassed so I did not argue. But how can they over look what you had agreed?
Overall facilities greatly improved, comfort good, at last two comfortable chairs instead of the one and nice layout.
The method of heating not very satisfactory as we could not keep the room warm even with the help of the staff. Not really suitable for long stay as no drawers and minimal shelf space.
Fire alarm went off twice during my sleep at 4.30am, everyone from the hotel have to leave the building in the rain. And I didn't hear any apology from the staff at all
A convenient and cheaper alternative accommodation when visiting Bath. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, although the check-in is done on the automated machine.
building. brewers fayre. rooms. staff.
poweines outside. confusing in finding entrance. roadworks.
Room size and facilities.
Bed was comfortable and big fluffy towels
Stale smell in the room and corridors - had to walk outdoors to breakfast in cold and rain
The room was clean and fairly large for Europe. The bathroom was an excellent size. The location was convenient for our needs. It will be much easier to stay there and to get to the Morrison's on the other side of the roundabout once the construction is complete. The food at the Brewer's Fayre was good. Most of the staff was kind and accommodating.
The wardrobe was very small but workable for our family of 3. I found some of the staff to be rude when asked innocent questions. Somethings work differently in different countries, they would do well to remember that. We also got some attitude from the staff at the Brewer's Fayre for arriving without a reservation. Nothing that really put me off staying there again though. Also, be sure to check that the window in your room is closed when you arrive, ours had been left open and we didn't realize it until the noise across the parking lot kept us from sleeping. Once the window was closed the noise was barely noticeable though.
I would definately use prem inn again
The bed was tooo hard.
Efficiency of design and provision of facilities needed by passing traveler. Generous size of room, big fluffy towels, kettle and big mugs. Shelving and lighting all perfectly thought out
Almost couldn't find a parking spot
Clean Good telly Good shower
No hairdryer Room too hot Too noisy outside
Having to pay for wifi
impossible to clean the toilet after uses no toilet brush provided
A very pleasant and comfortable stat
Usual Premier Inn comfort and room facilities. On-site Brewers Fayre offering good range of food. Nearby supermarket with petrol station. Easy access to M4 and local town.
Very limited wi-fi access. Should be FREE !! Needs larger car park.
Lovely and clean. Bedding spotless
Paid 4 wifi couldnt connect 2 it
The second evening I was given aroom in the quiet zone, which was much better.
The first night I had a downstairs room next to reception.. Too noisy.
