Premier Inn Chippenham  

Convenience and Front Desk Clerk was so pleasant and helpful.

No phone in room and no offer of room including breakfast.

Helpful staff, easy access to town and motorway, good parking

Easy to get to. Convenient to visit Bath (we parked at Chippenham station and went by train 10 min journey).

Our second stay at this inn, ideally placed to start a day’s sightseeing along the a4 between visiting family in Bristol and returning home to London

near to Wilts history centre.

Very expensive for what we received.

I had a bad experience at check in...soured the rest of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful & the room was spotlessly clean.

Great location for both my son's barracks and the town itself.

Compared to many Premier Inn's that I have stayed in recently, it was fairly expensive. In the last few months I was under £50 for a night in Aberdeen and under £20 for a night in Falkirk. The product was the same, why the big difference in price?

Was visiting Bath and this was a convenient location (about 30 mins away driving). Very affordable and excellent quality. Staff was very friendly. Pub across the parking lot with good food, drink and friendly staff as well.

for us it was a great braek from work and childern free we enjoyed it very much was a great room warm and just to chill out was what we both needed

we wont say we dident like but would been nice to of had more of tea coffee milk sugar in stead of going to shop to buy more

Staff were excellent very friendly helpful , we had a wedding so were very greatful to have our room ready for 10 am so we could get changed . Even night staff very welcoming when we returned at 12pm would defo stay again thank you

Close to town. Quiet. Neat and tidy Great beds - slept like a log! Door Viewer & doorchain 10/10. Thermostat 10/10. TV. 10/10. Bathroom ;- 1) Soap & shower gel dispensers 10/10. 2) Fittings 10/10.

Rooms :- 1) 1960's design! Details poorly thought out - could be better for the same cost. 2) No easy chairs to watch TV. 3) Desk chair - uncomfortable, heavy, well made, but poor design. 4) "Sofa" bed - very uncomfortable for sitting on. 5) Curtain conflicts with Sofa bed. 6) Lighting - not sufficient for reading. 7) Towel rails - not sufficient for even one person! Four ??!!

As we ate in the local restaurant and it was for a birthday was very handy. The staff very friendly.

Slow service at breakfast time for example waiting for tables to be cleared and shortage of plates and cups confusion booking through website, phoned to confirm family room booked and not double as website was showing booked for 2 people and not 4 as originally requested

The pub is close by.

Damn slow internet for 3 gbp per 24 hours. They should increase the bandwith !!!!.

Basic, but clean hotel. A pub is next door to hotel, where you can have your breakfast (only English breakfast), dinner. Food was nothing special, but correct. Staff was kind and helpful at both places.

Staff were really friendly and we had a 2.5 year old with us so the pub style restaurant on site was ideal.

The rooms were great for what you need, maybe only suggest a couple of bottles of water with the tea and coffee.
