comfortable room comfortable bed quiet room at the rear It was cold. extra heater was supplied not enough lighting for me to read as i have poor vision now at 81 and no heat in the bathroom

Convenient location Limited free WiFi in terms of period of connection and very poor connection speed. If I'd paid for WiFi I would have expected a refund due to the poor speeds

Warm, friendly welcome - the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble - a very pleasant weekend (again). Highly Recommend. Would like a handle on the inside of the bedroom door - it is a bit difficult to open.

5Mls away from Rivington Barn Hall, our venue for ball Lunch at the nearby pub - food was awful. Requested sizzling rib - ribs alright but only bones - overcooked, left over from the night before! Ordered fish lightly battered - offered fish from previous day not lightly battered - horrible.

this was the first time we had stayed at a Premier Inn and were very impressed with everything about the hotel, inparticular the reception staff, Janet. She was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. I was impressed with a call we had just prior to out stay to ensure we had the right room (we had our 15 yr old daughter with us), the checkin was fast and efficient and the room was great, ple nty big enough with everything we could need. Thankyou, we shall certainly be staying at Premier Inn again nothing at all, everything was superb

Great Premier Inn up to the nornal high standards. Lovely large family room with a proper 2nd bed (not a put up or sofa bed). As with most Premier Inn's the breakfast is provided by a separate entity & as I have found at most places there are not enough staff in attendance during the breakfast period (1 person taking orders, serving & topping up the buffet).
