lovely beds, an there is a treats machine in reception
I decided to ditch breakfast an stay a 3 night , but still a little pricier with out breakfast alone
Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. We will definitely stay again.
Having to go back home to the kids.
We liked the hotel, the staff were friendly and it was good value
We were disappointed that we had requested an adjoining room and a ground floor and was not able to have either, this did make things difficult.
Location is good as I have family near so will stay there again later in the year. Staff are friendly and place is clean and comfortable. Also like The Globe Pub as well.
It was quiet
The Location and the restaurant just next to it , the Globe
We were given a room in the family friendly corridor , and we got waken up at 05.30 am on a Sunday by a crying baby. Make sure you mention a silent floor if this is what you want.
The staff were fab! Great to have a choice of pillows.Brilliant to have the Globe pub next door to eat.
The kettle was a bit slow to boil.
I felt like in a Hospital, even the smell was like in a Hospital, we will never come again.
Friendly, helpful staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. Comfortable, quiet room. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money, especially with the Meal Deal.
Drove past hotel twice as it is not clearly visible. If it was named as Premier Inn "The Globe" Christchurch, it would make things easier.
Lovely overnight stay attached to a lovely pub, beach very near with with stunning views.very friendly helpful staff, we would definately use a premier inn again.
Really good location for visiting New Forest, lovely walk along the beach which was only a 10 minute walk away. Excellent food at Pub next door, just a little disappointed that Pub didn't have something available on New Year's Eve, although the young barman did make us feel welcome and joined us for a drink at midnight. Would definitely book this location again.
Staff eager to help in any way they could were not intrusive made you feel more than welcome answered any queries very efficient would stay there again without hesitation
Location of hotel was central to the area we stayed at. Adjoining pub offered good value and wholesome food.
Toilet paper - individual sheets not very practical.
Convenience of parking, high street, pub, restaurant etc. all to hand.
Comfortable bed, friendly staff,
Wifi was not working properly. Was supposed to be free as well. But had to pay a daily rate to connect
Handy location. Quiet room, lots of supplies for hot drink making in room. As ever good breakfast.
Room cold whenever we returned to it and had to visit reception to get controls reset to warm it up twice. Small but nasty dirty mark on underside of toilet seat. Main bed rather hard, smaller beds in room comfier. Dinner in main retaurant average, weren't shown specials.
was at a wedding at Highcliffe Castle and a reception a few mins walk away. Location was ideal. Check in was easy and the late check out was perfect
Premier Inn provide consistently good service, I have used them many times before and this time didn't disappoint.

No comfortable armchair for relaxation in evening.

The wifi only gace 30 minutes free but you didn't even have to use it to run out of time, I logged in and within 5 minutes it logged me out then said I had used up my limit. There was next to no phone reception in the room
