This family-run bed and breakfast is in historic Christchurch, with its old harbor and priory. It has a traditional log fire, and offers open-air dining on its patio or deck during the warmer months.

staff and restaurant next door
the rooms were too hot
Hotel service Usual premier inn quality Good restaurant
Rooms too hot
Would have liked a bottle of water in the room.
No air con, room was very warm
Short stay.... Very helpful staff....
Location and room size
Hot weather made the room unbearably hot and humid prenting any good night sleep
No AC #noisy fan instead. Noise from road traffic at 5.30am Bed Too high !
Comfy beds. Sheets to use instead of duvet as very hot. Soaps, Body Wash and Shampoo all available. Fan in room as very hot.
No Air Con and it was unbearably Hot. No one could sleep well No fridge.
The staff was pleasent and helpful.
The unbearable heat of the room. Being put in a disabled room therefore not having much room to move in the shower. The limescale on the shower head. Two single beds pushed together. Being placed near families. A 6.30am wakeup call from the dustbin lorry stopped outside our window. The noise from room above. Finally compared to other premier inns this was looking very tired.
Location was good Good staff how sorted out a problem with no fuss.
No-air conditioning and some road noise because you had to keep teh window open.
All the staff were very friendly and they made us very welcome, the minute we walk though the door.
good location and handy for bus services and rail station.Good and pleasant service from the reception staff. Understand new building work is planned and hope it includes some of the niggles mentioned opposite.
The fact that we didnt get the room we had booked - a twin room - and had to 'make do' with a z-bed as a second bed in the room. No air-con made for an uncomfortable night. We thought a free breakfast did not quite make up for the fact we did not get the required room. Also a telephone would have made it easier to contact the Reception desk
Staff were excellent especially as had to change hotels and they dealt with it efficiently and with a great attitude.
The room was too hot - couldn't sleep at all, all three of us were so uncomfortable as no air conditioning and it felt like we were in a sauna. There was a fan but it seemed to do no good. It was not great as had a funeral to attend the next day. I would prefer if Premier Inn had flagged this up a little more, as some rooms don't need air con, but this room most certainly did - perhaps it is above a boiler?
No air conditioning
lack of air conditioning - unbearably hot room. A fan was provided which recirculated the hot air!
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Room had very little ventilation and was very stuffy, window only opened a crack and although a fan was provided it was insufficient, room was very uncomfortable to sleep in for this reason
staff very good,food exellent
Room large, clean with good facilities. Staff helpful. Location good. Restaurant very good.
Noise from room above (my room 15) mine, like elephants dancing from midnight till 2am then again early in the morning. Staff helpful but still a very disturbed nights sleep and really a structural/building issue beyond their control.
Not far from Bournemouth Airport
Lack of air conditioning on a very hot night
Very good welcome and having asked for a quiet room, they had the curtains pulled and a fan on as it was a hot day. There was the choice of a sheet instead of a duvet and the offer of jugs of water free of charge. These were very good touches which made the difference. Also the restaurant attached had excellent service for the evening meal and I couldn't fault the breakfast. They couldn't do enough for the guests.
You have to pay for Wi-Fi which is fine except that it kept disconnecting which is annoying
To hot in room .poor food next door . Never stay there again
It was a hot sunny day but the room had been kept cool with a large fan. The bed was very comfortable and also cool with white cotton sheets. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We liked the pub next door all food was well presented.
It would be nice to have 24 hour free wifi.
A very close place to stay for Bournemouth Airport. The room was bright and very clean. The young chap on the reception was cheerful and very helpful. We shall stay there again if we need an early start for the airport again.
Good breakfast options
Evening menu it is possible to make potatoes into more than just chips :-(
Location of hotel. The spacious room. Having a Table Table restaurant attached to hotel.
No air con. resulting in very warm room despite fans. Creaking floor boards from room above.
