Comfy bed,T.V. Table Table eatery next door.Friendliness
Everything never been to a premier before, would recommend to everyone. Staff were helpful, polite and cheerful. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. It was our anniversary and had a very nice bottle of rose brought to our room from premier. Thanking you......
The only thing - only 2 tea bags in room on arrival!
I was asked if I would like to add dinner and breakfast to myard receipt stay. I said that I already had breakfast included but would like to add dinner if I get a credit for breakfast already included. Only after leaving did I check my credit card receipt only to find that although the member of staff tried to get the credit this was showing as credit failed. So I was charged the full upgrade price for dinner and breakfast even though breakfast was already included
Food very expensive, a bit disappointing, did not want to pay £8 for a fried breakfast.
paying for wi fi
Location. Ease of parking. Easy road access to out of town attractions.
Quite near the road so needed to close the window at night. However had an electric fan for air movement.
The staff were lovely, polite & extremely helpful, the breakfast was also very good. The room was a good size, in good repair & clean.
The room was very hot which made it difficult to sleep or stay in the room for any length of time. A fan was provided but didn't seem be of much help. Our window looked out on building works, it seemed to be the only room that did, so unsure why we were given this room as it didn't appear that the hotel was full. We travelled for a funeral, a more peaceful, comfortable room would have been appreciated.
The hotel had improvement works ongoing in the car park this had created a lot of dust. The room was very hot and there was no cooling apart from a fan that only pushed hot air about. This led to an uncomfortable nights sleep
No hair dryer in room due to refurbishment.we had been at a wedding and did not arrive in our room until 11pm.did not realise until the morning.
clean and very comfortable Very helpful staff
A friendly welcome from staff. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed - and plenty of pillows.
No air conditioning - but we had been made aware of this before going to our room and a fan had been put in our room before arrival.
staff and restaurant next door
the rooms were too hot
requested quite room we ended up facing a very noisy room over looking a main road, and a building site. our room was left unlocked all day as we found that the door lock was faulty after we brought it to the attention of the reception desk,we were told that it would be repaired whilst we were out ,on our return it was still not repaired and the room was not locked in the end we changed rooms
Restaurant Next Door, lovely waitress, nice atmosphere and good food.
Everything, Room dismal, room too hot, unable to get air into room due to windows not opening wide enough. Fan placed in room very noisy unable to keep on. Only two tea bags had to buy our own. I now know why in the advert Lenny and the bed are outside best place!!! Also smack bang in the middle of a trading estate wow how lucky is that. Very surprised Booking.com recommend this Inn, will not be booking through them again. They obviously have not had the pleasure of staying there.
Hotel service Usual premier inn quality Good restaurant
Rooms too hot
Would have liked a bottle of water in the room.
No air con, room was very warm
Short stay.... Very helpful staff....
Location and room size
Hot weather made the room unbearably hot and humid prenting any good night sleep
No AC #noisy fan instead. Noise from road traffic at 5.30am Bed Too high !
Comfy beds. Sheets to use instead of duvet as very hot. Soaps, Body Wash and Shampoo all available. Fan in room as very hot.
No Air Con and it was unbearably Hot. No one could sleep well No fridge.
The staff was pleasent and helpful.
The unbearable heat of the room. Being put in a disabled room therefore not having much room to move in the shower. The limescale on the shower head. Two single beds pushed together. Being placed near families. A 6.30am wakeup call from the dustbin lorry stopped outside our window. The noise from room above. Finally compared to other premier inns this was looking very tired.
Location was good Good staff how sorted out a problem with no fuss.
No-air conditioning and some road noise because you had to keep teh window open.
All the staff were very friendly and they made us very welcome, the minute we walk though the door.
good location and handy for bus services and rail station.Good and pleasant service from the reception staff. Understand new building work is planned and hope it includes some of the niggles mentioned opposite.
The fact that we didnt get the room we had booked - a twin room - and had to 'make do' with a z-bed as a second bed in the room. No air-con made for an uncomfortable night. We thought a free breakfast did not quite make up for the fact we did not get the required room. Also a telephone would have made it easier to contact the Reception desk
