Good location. Lovely staff, very helpful. Nowhere to sit, other than one hard chair. It would have been nice to be able to sit in a comfy chair & read.

Standard Premier Inn Set Up Staff friendly enough....but Bed Very Uncomfortable could feel mattress springs, I am a seasoned Premier Inn user and therefore used to their beds but this bed was was painful. No offer of Night Guarantee to be repaid even though I mentioned my poor night and uncomfortable bed, just a smile and see you next time....of which you wont!!!!!!

The receptionist/manager went out of her way to help us /printing tickets off for hampton court palace. Her manner and helpfulness really made us feel as though our comfort and well being were important. Nothing. It was really good value. We will definitely use pi again.

Nothing, will not stay there again and I hold a Premier Inn Business Card! This is not really a Premier Inn but a converted pub I think. It is more a bed and breakfast for workmen. Car park full of vans. Lighting very poor outside. We arrived when it was dark and a member of the family had a nasty fall because the curb was not seen due to it being dark. I had to request the accident form to be completed - I was not given a copy and have had no call from Premier Inn... The restaurant is not part of the hotel. Evening meal we had the service was poor and very slow. Premier Inn staff didn't seem to care and said that the pub restaurant is nothing to do with them... I will not stay there again. They said when we arrived if we were not happy then they would make a full refund but this did not happen.. I stay in many hotels in a year for both work and pleasure and this is the second time I have made any sort of comment. (The previous comment being a good rating). Do not stay at this place.

Toilets in public area did not flush. Breakfast was at best average. Credit cards were not accepted and I had to get cash from Atm. No problem with cards elsewhere.

Far too expensive for what it is. Poor customer service especially for dining facilities. Very basic. £60 a night would have been far more appropriate. This was an anniversary present - very very disappointed.

Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant in a peaceful location. Tea/coffee facilities are inadequate and not user friendly. To restrict utensils to one mug for each guest without a tray is asking for a mess, isn't it? Where should guests put part used tea bags, tea spoons etc? Is it so difficult to provide a cup and saucer and/or a tray and more than one tea bag for each guest? The last portion of the driveway on to the Portsmouth Road is very badly potholed, invisible in and immediately after heavy rain which was the situation on the morning of 26 Nov 12.

Staff very good, place very clean, and a lovely pub next door. The bathroom handwash and hair and shower gel both were faulty. The handwash dripped constantly leaving blue gel over the top and onto the floor in a big puddle. When I went to shower the gel wouldn't come out so I had to take the bottle out of the canister and it had a split in it but eventually I got some out. I would've liked a grab rail of some sort to hold onto as u step out of the bath as its very high sided. This was Room 16.

The quality of the fuirnishings was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was some kind of mix up on the Saturday morning over the breakfast arrangements. We were told we could simply turn up and pay at the Fairmile but the young waitress insisted that the had to pre-book. This was very annoying at the time, but we were sorted out in quick order by the receptionist at the hotel.

The staff were excellent through out our stay. Our only concern was the shower tray was not non slip and may cause someone to slip and hurt them selves. Excellent stay. Thank you to all the staff
