Staff - very helpful/ friendly

As well as the Premier Inn, the adjacent pub restaurant where meals could be taken was very good - simple but good wholesome food, friendly atmosphere but above all, quality staff that were efficient and very welcoming.

Clean and friendly easy to find.

Think the walls must be paper thin as we were asked twice to keep the noise down and all we were doing was talking no music or TV. It did put a damper on a good evening

It was convenient for our requirements

The bed was rock hard and the curtains were not long enough to shut out the light when the sun came up at about 6am

that at the restaurant anything with minced beef was off the menu.

Could have had 2 chairs in the room. Flat screen tv would be better and a larger choice of tv channels

Loved the quiet time (10pm-7am). Bed very comfortable and black out curtains.

Easy booking in, very welcoming staff, clean entry,room, & bathroom, hand, hair and bath soaps provided, hair dryer provided and within range of a mirror.

Car park dark and small near hotel. Older model tv without text. Being woken up at 02.20am by woman chatting outside room and without getting dressed could not advise reception.

Reception was very friendly and professional. The stay was very comfortable and quiet.

We had a bad experience due to some very noisy guests in room above and the breakfast at the adjoining hotel was a disaster , but the premier inn itself was great.

Just what you would expect from a premier inn. Room was good, staff were helpful, and you always know what you will get when booking.

The restaurant attached wasn't great. Food was pretty awful, both the evening meal and the cooked breakfast.

Convenient location and met our needs

Bed was unforgiving

It was easy to find and was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only fault was it has no elevator.. its a killer dragging 2 heavy cases up the stairs.

Didn't like having to go outside to get from the hotel room to the restaurant. There was only 1 chair in the room so you couldn't relax.

Good location, very friendly staff and very clean room + excellent breakfast with superb service.

Staff here are good. We have stayed before and will again.
