Loved the location for travelling around tourist spots as a base, cheap and cheerful. Black haired girl at reception when we arrived was fantastic, so helpful.
Staff more then helpful.. Very friendly and approachable. Nothing too much trouble for them. Food excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable.
price not bad £65 usual standard prem inn quality as expected very comfy bed fresh linen comfy newly decorated room had meal in adjoining pub steak was excellent quality out of the town but theres not much going on in coleraine anyway mcds over the road and pub next door free safe parking outside loads of spaces even a large van could fit in car park massive
£1.50 for bottle of small water in vending machine and £8.75 for breakfast extortionate
Friendly staff and a spotlessly clean room, the usual good standard you expect from this chain. A fabulous cooked beakfast made to order (and all you can eat) as well as a good continental selection. Comfortable bed. Would stay again
Nearby road was a bit noisy until it was less busy (around 11pm) but I still slept very well. May not bother city folks but I am used to silence in the countryside!
The staff here were all brilliant, particularly the girl who showed us the way to the town centre as she was that way anyway. Very friendly and quick to serve you. A very clean hotel with great food too. Did the job at great value!
Noise from people leaving bar late at night. Boy racers leaving McDonalds with noisy cars.
Everything was excellent
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent.
Staff, beds, proximity of restaurant and pub to hotel
Everything was great, clean and tidy bedroom, food 1st class.Friendly and very helpful staff. Very quiet location.
I stayed here with my 3 young children for 1 night, the receptionist's were most welcoming when checking in and the room was bright, airy, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean! We all had a great nights sleep and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the north west.
The location was perfect with easy access to main roads and motorways as we were visiting around the area The room, beds and bedding were very comfy, bathroom exceptionally clean. Nice fluffy towels. Quiet although close to main roads. Good cafe attached where we enjoyed a good breakfast. Staff very helpful and cheery
There wasn't anything that I could say I didn't like, it was all up to Premier Inn standard
Comfy beds,great staff,service
friendliness of staff cleanliness comfortable bed good food
the huge comfy bed, the shower, & the great breakfast. Easy parking, good food & drink at reasonable prices in the restaurant.
the really scratchy towels!! - not soft and fluffy like Lenny Henry advertises!! The toilet flush was really awkward & annoying.
Great location for an overnight stay. Next to shopping centre, McDonalds and other eating places. The quality, cleanliness and comfort was excellent for the price.
Not enough tea and coffee bags bathroom dirty around the sink room noisy opposite the lift
local to area
mobile phone reception very bad inside hotel, cannot get outside telephone line to ring out of hotel this was my only complaints
the service and friendly staff
The best thing about the Premier Inn Coleraine is the desk staff, in particular the evening/night employee Richard. He went far out of his way to make sure we had directions, called cabs, suggested sights and resolved a dispute with the dining/bar manager about honoring a wine bottle e-certificate. Despite the dispute, we thought the hotel had good dining facilities and breakfast was fine. It was nice to have the choice between continental and full English. If you are traveling with young children, there is a nearby McDonalds and Sainsbury for those extra needs.l
The location is not downtown or near the pedestrian center, but guests can easily reach those areas by cab.
Staff friendly and helpful
A warm welcome met us at reception. Very friendly lady checked us in. The food was delicious, both lunch and breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Staff were polite.
We had a family above us and they made alot of noise late in thenight.
Lovely staff and comfortable, clean room. Great selection for breakfast and dinner was really nice. No hesitation in recommending.
