In County Londonderry, Coleraine is in the heart of the north coast, within reach of northern Ireland's leading tourist attractions. The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk and some rooms can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available each morning and includes the expected cooked items such as scrambled, fried, poached or boiled eggs, and pork or vegetarian sausages. The weather! Location excellent, has everything I need shops beach, river, scenery. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly, but not overly so. Breakfast lovely (continental) -big plus for Premier Inn was that I could order porridge, and it was lovely, good quality, cooked well. Fruit choice very good. Good for other meals too, compared to the one beside London Eye, which did not score with us for meals.We will return here, asap. The bed! First night's sleep ruined by extremely hard bed. Got extra duvet next morning to put on top of mattress, which helped but still hard. I will prob bring a thick mattress topper when I return, but I think they should be available in hotel. Surfaces with ornaments in the bar were dusted very badly, noticeably so. No other complaints.

Really friendly and helpful staff. My husband is blind and we had a disabled room. When the emergency cord was pulled accidentally the staff's response to check that everything was ok was very quick.

Nothing much to like The cleaning was very poor, They didn't even left clean towel for us and when I complained staff member were kind of nasty to us Never ever stay at premier inn coleraine any more

The room was great, lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely, really fresh and always topped up. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Great location, easy to get to beaches for lovely walks in portrush nd to giants causeway.

clean and modern rooms, nice ladies on reception during the day. when we arrived back from kellys nightclub a male member of staff let us in and before we had even opened our mouths, told us to stop making so much noise, he then preceded to follow us and wait until we got in the lift which i thought was inappropriate.
