Room was reasonably spacious and very clean. I found the bed confortable but my wife thought the bed a little on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent but no local potato or soda bread. The dining room tables were not too close together giving diners a degree of privacy. Staff were excellent being friendly, polite and helpful We enjoyed our break

Confirmation texted the day before offering directions if required. Comfortable room with everything in working order Excellent breakfast Clear print-out of costs supplied when payment made. Attentive staff Be aware that breakfast is not included in price, but certainly worth the extra as it sets you up for the day. We got by without lunch!

The food and staff and the selction of drinks available at the hotel was in our opinion was excellent, the lay out of the menu we found very easy to use the menu was very good well thought out had within it all we could have wished for.We found the location of the hotel very convenient close to all major link roads.Would stay here at any time,we have travelled the world the far east Australia and every where in between.I must say at this point the young people working within the hotel both male and female were first class .Victor Gourley Belfast.P S as i am disabled the availability in relation to car parking was very welcome. The only thing we found to be missing in the room was a small fridge an item of this nature would have been useful, for examlpe to hold medicines ect

My wife and I who are in are early fifties, decided to book a short 3 day stay at The Premier Inn Coleraine and it was fantastic.I have never been in a cleaner hotel, nor have I ever met such warm friendly staff. The food is excellent and the hotel is surrounded by shops, and a ten minute drive takes you along the beautiful Causeway Coast

It was very handy to drive to Portrush, about 10 mins away. The hotel is very new and stylish. Very clean, and great tv channels. Car parking. Internet. The restaurant had meals from £4.99 which were very nice, as I had one or two of them!!

Comfortable, good continental breakfast, convenient to town and shops the fire alarm went off on both days during our stay, one of which went off at 07.30 am. both fire alarms were due to a false alarm.

The Lounge staff were great, also the ladies behind the desk The noise, especially the ladies that clean the rooms, they are very loud plus they don't give u time to open the door..just one loud voice and they tried to open the door already ..and also sometimes when I tried to call the reception, they they don't answer, plus what is wrong with the television, 4 channels, that was really suck, plus I can't use the phone for regular use...like calling a taxi for myself...or calling someone in that area....how about the price of the room..58 Per nite plus u have to pay 7.99 for the breakfast...I Was very disappointed. Bad - the cleaners Very bad - the phone, very expensive for a room plus u have to pay for breakfast Worst - the television with 4 channels only

The location was central and the staff were friendly. On arrival the receptionist tried to charge us more than our booking stated. The hotel's booking did not match ours and if I didn't have my print out I would have had to pay considerably more. We had to pay £1 for a bottle of water for our room. The hand soup and shower gel /shampoo dispensers were very difficult to use.

When we got there the room was simple and clean, closely located to what we needed. I didnt ask the staff to come in to clean every day and we stayed four days, but when I didn ask staff to come in to clean they did not do a good job. They gave me clean cups and stocked the tea and coffee clean towels, but did not give me clean sheets or run the sweeper and I would have wished they did that since they didnt have to come in every day and we were there four days.
