Usual high standard of premier inn

Rooms very clean comfortable Staff customer service exellent.

no phone to reception no number to call reception on own phone .

Staff were friendly and attentive. Had lovely evening meal in adjoining restaurant & breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and large, and bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a problem with our booking.com booking and the lady on reception (even though it was almost 10 pm) was lovely, so attentive and sorted it all out for us. We have stayed in a few Premier Inns in this area and they have all been good but the staff on this stay were just that little bit better than any other visit.

Everything was fine but the air con did have a bit of a funny smell when it was turned on, but in the scheme of things this was nothing and we didn't feel the need to seek assistance with it.

Secondt time we have stayed here, both occasions were for family functions. For us excellent location, Helpful pleasent staff. Ideal for our needs, somewhere to sleep, get changed and showered. Well done.

There was only two satchets of coffee in the room and two satchets of white sugan and one of brown. I'm sure if we asked staff would have given us more, but we nipped accros to the shop and bought a small jar of coffee, sugar and milk. Therefore it was not a real problem. Neither of us drink tea.

Great value for money. Any issues were amended with no hassle. Great deal on breakfasts for families. Warm and cosy and clean.

Internet service could be better as i had problems logging in after hrs of the supplier and had to wait till the morning to resolve the issue

Coffee from the beefeater coffee making machine for breakfast was only lukewarm

The staff were excellent all of them. The Beefeater were we ate was well managed and very clean, the food was good and very good value. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Nothing to mention

Location to Corby International swimming pool was ideal very short drive. Hotel very easy to find, easy access off the M6. Reception were most helpful. Fantastic eating establishment on your doorstep at the Beefeater. The manager and staff of which were second to none, accomodated all our needs were very helpful and understanding. Very presentable. Absolutly loved it just hope we get to go again next year

The beds are uncomfortable, our quiet room wasn't, there was no phone or shaver socket. A lot of money for not a lot!

Great Location, Great Food at the Beefeater

The standards in both the premier inn and the beefeater was excellent

You get what you expect, it was clean comfy and a great place to stay with your family.

Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room which was a nice size. It was also very quiet despite our room being at the front of the hotel. We had 'a great nights sleep!' The staff were all very friendly. I really liked the proximity to the Beefeater. It was very easy to find.

There was nothing we didn't like.
