staff friendly checked if were ok in the morning breakfast when checking in the staff asked if were ok or problem checking they helped us go through the process which is nice
the price keep going up and down when booking like competive
Good to see they realise they need to do something to keep guests from going elsewhere for a drink, 2for 1 is a very good start
Paying for parking they need to get a much better payment deal
Friendly staff Decor Huge room Spotless
The area around the hotel is a little run-down and as a single woman traveler I did not feel safe walking to the bus stops near Ikea. Use taxis if you are traveling alone.
V attentive staff Good food Excellent prices Nice attention to detail Good choice for our 25th-anniversary-on-a-budget.
Well, the awful ringroad hasn't changed in the 27 years since we were last in this city....
Alexandra was very kind and helpful. She made our stay pleasant. Thanks to her.
Very clean and comfortable hotel, very friendly staff and great breakfast in the morning!!
As I had never been to Coventry before, I wanted a decent hotel for one night where I could have a reasonably priced meal, relax and feel safe. This ticked all the boxes.
Our room was great, clean, quiet, comfortable and up to date.
Frontage is anonymous; difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel! Such a shame because it's a lovely old building but poor signage, hidden behind trees on road, I think! Sadly, frontage looked a bit scruffy and didn't reflect well on the hotel itself, which was very clean and staff lovely.
All staff including admin officer were very helpful and friendly - really made the difference. Thanks Thakrar family
The staff were vert friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always freshly prepared and promptly served. The beds were comfortable and there was no extraneous noise in the hotel. Very handy for Earlsdon and downtown Coventry.
The lack of adequate space for storing clothing. The lack of a phone in the room.
Sparten rooms - no comfort Breakfast took over half an hour to wait for a poor quality fried breakfast Way over priced compared to other hotels in area
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well-insulated against the traffic noise.
No parking at the hotel. I felt uneasy leaving my car in the adjacent parking garage overnight.
Nice thing about premier is that they are all the same. You know exactly what your room is going to look like. It's convenient that there is a restaurant right there so after a long day of site seeing you can check in and grab a bite without having to go further.
Convenient, easy friendly
Room - quiet, very clean, everything we wanted - and the bed was great! Bathroom also very good. Staff were super and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent, in a lovely room. Thank goodness they have used that building so sensitively and preserved an important piece of architecture in Coventry.
I'm struggling ... There should be an easier way of paying for the car park, but that is not the hotel's fault. Coventry's road system is a nightmare - again not the hotel's fault!
Loved the original features which have been retained as I remember it as a college Lovely bed- great soap dispensers.
Only 2 lots of coffee ingredients in the room and we were there 24 hours.
The atmosphere when u walked In was warm and friendly
Lovely comfy bed and clean room
Having to pay for parking
Very comfortable and great value for the money. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
No attached carpark.
All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from booking in to breakfast staff. Especially Sam (I think?) on reception when we arrived late evening on Thursday 19th June.
Meaks in restaurant excellent & great choice.Staff very helpful.Bedroom spacious and (just like the Lenny Henry advert)beds really comfy!
Not very well signposted outside.
Spotlessly clean, great staff, lovely bed, big room.
Breakfast wasn't great, microwaved veggie sausage, burnt mushrooms.
The room was relatively quiet.
The location is not great if you travel by train and public transport. The hotel has the feel of a budget hotel.
Problem of obtaining dinner after 2145 hrs
No car park facilities, I could stay more times in this hotel, but the lack of car park makes the stay to expensive, other hotels in the area do provide car park facilities, shame!!
