We liked the setting of the Premier Inn very relaxed out in the countryside. We liked the fact that the Premier Inn was attached to the restaurant to give us easy access. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, we would definitely stay there again.

the place is quiet and out of the way from the city, nice if you want peace and quiet, has an excellent car park with lots of spaces and few doors dotted around to gain access to the rooms, so you don`t have to reception every time you want to get to your room. Staff in restaurant work so hard Agnes is brilliant

rooms could do with updating and a make over,and when the sun does come out they get warm so get a fan from reception. the restaurant is always under staffed, but they cope so well.

Staff where very help full . and the breakfast was to die for freshley cooked . and it was nice and quite place

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food next door is quite good, it suits my business needs for being close to cov but in the country side

They need more funds for more staff at busy times, this poor lot work so hard to keep everyone happy

It is convenient for my work place, rooms for a premier inn are not what all premier inns are like, no power in the water showers, they are smaller than what you would usually get, however the car park and access to the rooms is 1 of the best for premier inn as there is no upper floor to drag cases to, and Agnes the Restaurant Manageress is wonderful, a real gem.

Showers have little power and rooms are tight.

The location for my work next day was good, I have stopped here a few times of late, however this was not my best stop. Agnus the manageress worked so hard. She is a diamond.

Too few staff in restaurant, food orders came out wrong, items missing, cold plates. Not my best stop here this trip, its not the managers that have the problems I think its the company who own it, trying to run the restaurant on no staff to cut costs.

Convenient location to nearby Coombe Abbey for niece's wedding reception. Quiet surroundings made relaxing easy. Comprehensive breakfast menu. Cleanliness and layout of room. Efficient & helpful staff. Positive feedback from all in our group - age range 40's to 80'S.

Because of people's different needs, the ability to have a lighter weight of duvet would have been appreciated and also a quieter room extract fan - or the ability to turn it off.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking and easy access to motorways.

Our room, in common with a number of others, did not have a window opening to the open air, but on to a glazed corridor.

Following a retirement party at the Sparrow it was the ideal place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay there a very memorable time. Thank you to everyone.
