Good pub and served food until late
some building work going on
Clean and quiet
The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food in The Brewer's Fayre adjoining the hotel was excellent.
The bed was lovely and the room was really clean. The staff were brilliant and very helpful
There was nothing we could complain about. This was a reall nice hotel.
Only £5 for a taxi to anywhere - Crawley, Three Bridges. Unusually good restaurant bar area
Room being refurbished, sockets not in right place. WiFi free well done
We did book a room with a bath but had a shower cubicle so a bit dissapointed with that
The location is very good & the breakfast is freshly cooked
Two of us were staying in the room but we were only given 1 towel, did ask for more but we did not receive it. Tea and coffee a bit scarce in room, you have to ask for more if you remember before you go upstairs.
It was very comfortable, and the restaurant was very good value for money
The fact that you had to pay for the internet. Also I had to keep asking for more milk and t bags, not enough given
Liked the hotel - customer focused + staff are very friendly. It is run separately from the bar and restaurant.
The food at breakfast was over cooked and lumped together on the plate - so I automatically changed to continental choice. Was not what I had preferred as my 1st choice. This disappointed me as I had chosen this hotel as was highly renowned 20 years and I was returning here as central meeting area.
Location Comfort of room Quiet
It was convenient to Gatwick Airport. And everyone where very friendly
Nothing it was all very good and just what we expected for Premier Inns
Lack of lounge / sitting area other than adjoining pub.
I have known Goffs Park Hotel for many years as I lived in Crawley before I moved to Cornwall in March of this year. I have always found the staff very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable in my room. Thank you!
There was nothing I did not like.
Friendly helpfull staff particulary Steven on reception . The cooked to order hot breakfast served in a relaxed atmosphere.
Rude other guests in bar who allowed their young children to run around and play on games consoles shouting and whem asked to keep it down please became abusive.
Staff were excellent, arrival sound, no issues. Breakfast staff also were sound and effective.
Takeover by whaite van men of this style of accomodation. Better value deals are available elsewhere. However all ok!
easy to find, quick check in, large room with comfy beds, plenty of towels and bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, easy free parking
Room 316 , bathroom needs a revamp , very strong smell only cured by buying air freshener products
We were looking for an affordable place and we got amazing value for money
Close to town centre
Great bed Good breakfast
Nice location, friendly staff. Pillows and bed comfy. Tea and coffee facility in the bedroom. Really clean and presentable bedroom.
For the price I paid (£76 for one night) I expected a bigger room, the walls were thin and I could hear a phone vibrate in the next room whilst I tried to sleep (luckily that's the only noise I heard). The bathroom was tiny and after a shower the room was so hot abs steamy. Where was the fan? I couldn't stand in there to get ready as it was too hot. There wasn't a gym, pool or massage area.
Staff very friendly, helpful and polite the room was very nice.
I believe the room we had was situated above the restaurant kitchens and the bathroom constantly had a greasy kitchen smell.
all except for the noise at 7am kids up stairs jumping up & down but can not blame premier inn for that.
The food was of good quality and there was enough to get through the morning and part of the afternoon with just breakfast. It was reasonably quite when we stayed there. But then again, we were on the top floor, which meant we didn't have any neighbors above us making noise. The park nearby was great to walk through as was the playground for the kids.
As during that period it was usually 27/28 degrees Celsius during the day, the rooms heated up quickly. That wouldn't have been a problem if either the rooms were airconditioned or the windows could open up more than the 3 inches they could because of the safety regulations, or the entire hotel wasn't made of wood and we weren't on the top floor with a probably badly insulated roof. But unfortunately there was no airconditioning, the windows couldn't open more than 3 inches, the hotel was mode of wood and we were on the top floor. The table ventilator changed little or nothing to this large discomfort. This meant we just didn't sleep for two days, making us all very mopey during the day. We won't go back to this hotel because of this. The second disappointment was the receptionist the first day we stayed. She was uninterested and just not warm. She looked like she hated her job. At one time I had to wait for twenty minutes before she stopped calling her friend who she was telling about why she was still working there and what plans she had for the future. It felt like a complete wast of time for me in the little time we had during our holiday in England. I couldn't help but feel that she probably wasn't motivated because of either the bad salary she got or the lack of interest her manager might have. The next day another receptionist took over her shift and he was a lot more fit for the job though, so probably it was also just a bad working ethics thing with the other receptionist.
Staff refunded room cost. BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC.
Family room we booked was not available so kids had to share a single bed......
