A+ for cleanliness and staff politeness
Bed was too soft, I woke up with a bad back
lovely rooms, comfy furniature, pleasant/helpfull staff,
there was a funny smell in tbe corridor (ground floor to the right) like mild smelling bad drain. even some staff commented on it.
The room and associated facilities.
The breakfast accommodation was very "tired" and the breakfast quality was poor. Sausages more bread content than meat and pretty mediocre.
Very convenient for visiting Nantwich and surrounding area.
Being misled by the booking form being told that we were booking the last available room which was a room modified for the disabled. This we had not requested. When we arrived we were able to transfer to a normal room, one of several avalable. Will probably not be using this service again.
Room was rather expensive and no options given
Family room on ground floor Comfy bed
Not a noth tea coffee for family in room
Ability to pre-book breakfast. The available food was good and good value.
Limited non-meat menu. "The Peacock" very much needs a lot of TLC. The bar and restaurant were very "tired" and the has-been carpet was filthy with multiple stains.
Lovely large, good quality modern room. Plenty of free parking.
Room size was spacious
The staff whom served us said they could not amend price
The comfort and quietness, that it was really clean and tidied everyday. Also the staff were friendly and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed once before and now the standard is even better. Thank you.
The washbasin tap is set too low. When bending down to rinse your face banging you face on the tap is very dangerous. The number of towels provided was not quite enough for two people
Staff friendly & efficient. Best hotel beds we have ever slept in. A really comfortable nights sleep. Hotel bedroom was spotless.
Pub where we went for breakfast was tired and badly needs refurbishing. That said, the waitress on duty was really efficient & friendly and the service prompt. Food was well cooked and delicious
Room was spacious, beds comfy.
Payed for Wifi but not informed about the 'limited devices' allowance per room - and what difference does it make anyway. Lady on reception when we arrived was really quite unhelpful and rude. Staff on later that night and the following morning were much more approachable.
All facilities were adequate and well presented
The staff were great especially Cathy nothing was too much trouble. Good car parking. Quiet at night. sparkling clean. A good friendly atmosphere.
Everything was excellent. Really pleased. It had been done up. Brilliant
Lovely clean spacious rooms
The Pub where you get breakfast is very tired and service was slow
The hotel was comfortable, the location was good and the staff at reception were all extremely helpful. Nantwich itself was a ver pleasant town to visit.
Frankly the breakfast in the adjacent Peacock Inn was terrible. The inn was very dirty, tables and carpets not cleaned. Breakfast finished at 9am when things were quickly cleared away. Some of the available cups were dirty and the croissants were stale. We sat outside on the first morning but the tables had full ashtrays. This place needs a real shake up.
Room was very comfortable.
The pub where you have dinner and breakfast is quite run down with inexperienced staff and food was OK but not great.
Staff were helpful and accommodation was clean.
Restaurant disgusting and food not great and staff need to be more friendly and talk to their customers!!
Lovely staff and lovely breakfast at the Peacock Inn next door
The staff were excellent especially Kelly on reception. Very helpful and good at her job.
Large comfortable room and friendly staff.
We had breakfast in the Peacock pub, which was dirty and dilapidated. The carpet was filthy and hadn't been cleaned from the previous day. There were chips and crayons under our table. However, the food itself was fine and the staff were helpful.
Clean and friendly
The fact that some of my friends stayed for two nights cheaper than we did for one
The room was large, clean and bright
There was a put up bed in the room which was extremely uncomfortable both my son and mum tried it and got out of it. We did complain in the morning and had a full refund. The room was big enough to accommodate another single bed
New building and facilities. Reception staff very helpful.
A little iscolated.
