Excellent staff, exceptionally clean room, loads of parking available, easily accessible and easy to find.

Nothing to dislike, would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff on reception. My Mum left some items in the room by accident and these were promptly posted back to her and with no charge. Thank you.

That I hadn't read the small print and by not checking in on the Friday night (the first of our two nights) didn't realise that this would be classed as a 'no show' and the rooms would be sold on. This should have been a lot more clearer.

Comfortable bed, quiet, helpful friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast. On request had rooms ready early.

Too expensive

Clean and quiet wifi was 3 pounds for 24 hours which was very reasonable

Unfortunately we arrived with Sickness and staff were excellent in being attentive to our needs. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean, staff where friendly and breakfast was brilliant. Would stay at Premier inn again and recommend it.

We planned to stay one night but due to a family emergency had to book back in. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, I cannot rate them highly enough. A relaxed family weekend turned into a stressful hospital visiting affair but they made the extra stay (especially to our hyper 5 year old) incredibly relaxed. They showed genuine concern over the situation and were helpful with arrangements, directions etc.

The beds are very soft!! But that's not necessarily a criticism more a personal choice.

As usual with a Premier Inn, the hotel was very clean, tidy and the quad room provided exactly what was required for our young kids. In addition, there is an excellent grassed area directly outside the hotel that provides a safe environment for kids to play. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Breakfast next door at beefeater pub a shambles. Half the continental breakfast ran out.

Staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ideal for small children. We booked a quad room and stayed one night going on holidays and one night on the return trip. My children slept very well as the beds are comfortable and the room was quiet with black out curtains. We all enjoyed our cooked breakfast the next morning. Would stay again.

Room very clean & spacious.

not enougth amenities in the the room, only 2 teas, coffee & milks, 4 biscuits. Traffic / car park niosey in the night woken up twice.

Main stair case too hot, no air. Main corridor too narrow for luggage, two doors open opposite ways. Beds still having winter bottom sheets in summer, uncomfortable in warm weather. Shower head not flexible, no shower caps, extractor fan does not keep up with steam volume, no hand towel rail near sink.
