The family room was really spacious, with loads of room for the travel cot and all our stuff without feeling cramped. The shower was really hot. The bed was soooo comfortable. Plenty of power points although only one next to the bed. Delicious breakfast although had to pay more for this. Really friendly helpful staff.
The lighting wasn't very bright, not really a problem, except that the mirror was not in a great location for doing your makeup (we were going to a wedding). Minor point really. Also, to make up for the low cost of the room they do charge a lot for the breakfast (although it was a really good breakfast and all you can eat)
Excellent staff went out of their way to ensure our 3 day stay went well. Large TV for chilling before bed. Room was quiet making sleep easier. Plus proximity to eating place.
The goldilocks experience when due to a misunderstanding,we returned one night to find room had not been made up. Reception staff sorted out clean, dry towels for us.
the whole stay including the meal and breakfast was excellent
No telephone in room to connect to friends in another room mobile ran out of battery
Noisy extractor fan in bathroom. Staff agreed to investigate.
Location for Nantwich. Quietness and the attached Beefeater restaurant.
Trying to find it on a dark evening. It's not really in Crewe more like Nantwich!
Comfortable bed, good night sleep, but noisy with kids running around.
Breakfast was awful, when they asked for a refund they were told because they laid by cash they couldn't have one but if they'd of paid by card they could of had a refund?!?! Really! Won't be back.
I normally use your Crewe central hotel as it is next to the station, your Crewe West inn was ok and i will recomend it but please read my comment on what did not i like
I am disabled and walk with crutches, i was surprised to see the room available for me complete with wet room facilities, i suffer with a spine problem, was the furthest part away from the reception, quite a long walk
The staff (Sarah) on reception made us very welcome & helped politely & positively with our questions about the area attractions. On our departure, once again, Sarah, showed politeness & professionalism, asking how our stay hade been. Everything suited our needs. The comfort, space & cleanliness of the rooms. Quiet area specified in the corridors.
Location Grounds and setting Friendly staff Big room Big TV
Noisy neighbors upstairs - sounded like elephants dancing most of the night Loud drunken people outside of the window late at night
Beds were so comfortable x
Staff, location & breakfast!
Too hot in the room
The reception staff polite and welcoming .When we returned to our room on Sunday night ,it had not been cleaned ,but receptionist most helpful . The room spotless .
I requested a room with easy access, but was curious to see we had a lowered bed ,because if you have mobility problems ,it is actually harder to get in and out of bed -bathroom fine As we were in room 2 ,we were disturbed by noise and cigarette smoke as guests and staff met outside our room ,particularly on Saturday night and then Sunday morning before 7am .We mentioned this to the receptionist . We decided to take breakfast -food average ,coffee-poor quality ,weak and mushrooms HORRID ! Nonetheless, would probably book again, but take more care with room location and breakfast choices .
The cleanliness of the room was excellent.
The space of the room, cleanliness, and a large comfortable bed. Perfect...
The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was no microwave or fridge in our room, they assisted on sterilising my 4mnth olds bottles and offered to store some milk in the fridge.
For families with really small children a microwave and fridge would be very helpful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice modern hotel with a Beefeater on site. Rooms very clean and nice furnishings. Bed and pillows were fantastic. I needed a late checkout and only £15 was charged.
No air conditioning. This hotel backs on to a main road so noisy if window is left open. They provide a fan but this is a modern hotel and for what was charged this not good enough. My first time in a Premier Inn but possibly the last in the summer only as I expect air conditioning to be able to breathe to be able to sleep which is the prime purpose of a hotel. To make matters worse, the duvet is far too high a TOG for warm nights, should be half the weight. I will certainly use Premier Inn during the cooler months and would otherwise recommend this site.
Having to pay for WiFi, it should be free for guests
Family Room Convenient location
Room too hot Expensive in relation to Holiday Inn - breakfast was included and had access to pool and gym for £20 less.
Staff very friendly and professional, relaxed atmosphere great location for exploring area.
Cleanliness of the room
We had Room 2 for a wheelchair, it is situated immediately next to the main entrance, therefore very noisy through comings and goings. People stand right outside the window smoking. Immediately outside the window is a grit bin, and due to faulty guttering above we were subjected to the Chinese water torture for most of the night, with water dripping on this bin. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable for our taste. After a very long day travelling all you want is a good, quiet, clean room, we only got one of these. Also you do not want to spend half the night swapping, rooms, beds etc. You just want rest. The adjacent Beefeater restaurant was awful, I have submitted a separate complaint to them.So all in all a score out of 10 would be 3.
sleepcomfort was brilliant room was very quiet facillities were super clean
breakfast at 7 is too late for working people paying for WLAN
Such welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed in clean surrounding environment. Food quality and service in the adjoining Beefeater were equally as good! Great hotel and pub in a superb location.Full marks in particular to Sarah and Wendy in the hotel and Peter in the pub!
