Comfort and service always with a smile. Extremely helpful with any request.

The variance in the cost. I joined my family for a funeral arriving from Canada, solo. The cost to me was higher than the rest of my family which I felt was unfair. The booking process was explained to me but after airfare etc., I was dissapointed to find this out.

We found every thing to our liking.

Receptionist, advised we had no booking, said Booking.com had cancelled reservation, Booking.com always caused problems. Sold us a room at full rate. Next morning discovered we had bee charged as 'no show' for the original room

The staff at both the premier inn and restaurant next door were excellent in every way. Very friendly. We stayed for the weekend to watch the Rugby and the distance to the railway station was great for travelling into cardiff.

I dislike the fact that businesses increase their prices when there are special events on within the locality such as the rugby. This is taking advantage of the public. Charging different prices for different nights is wrong when you are getting the same benefits and facilities.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and immaculately clean. The food was of a good standard and the restaurant staff were also very helpful and friendly. Our waiter was excellent although he was 'in training' much to our surprise.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was the best that I have been served in any hotel in the UK

The staff made sure we had enough Cups, Towels and extra pillows for the three of us and were very friendly and helpful

Location to the main traffic route. Room was well proportioned and maintained to a high standard. Breakfast at the Ashbridge inn was of a very good standard.

Longer than 30-minutes free wi-fi would have been helpful.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful the room was as good as any Hilton hotel I have stayed in

The resteraunt was changing its menu so stopped serving at 6pm and the food was limited as they were nearly out of most food items

The welcome was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful-offering to book a taxi and letting us know where the cash machine was.

The location was excellent for our purposes (we attended a wedding at a nearby golf club)

The restaurant was very good and food excellent staff very friendly.

We chose your hotel because we were visiting Big Pit and your advert said it was 2.5 miles but this was wrong information as it was at least 10/15 miles away. We intended to visit the Pit after checking in but by the time we reached the Pit it was closed at 3.30.
