All the staff had a smile on there faces
David gave us an incredible welcome on our late arrival. Big rooms suitable for families. Really quiet rooms. Zero noises. Really comfy beds.
Everything about our stay was fantastic, will defenatly stay there again
The cleanliness, fresh and sparkling every where. Reception friendly and welcoming, beds to die for, have never slept for eleven hours before!! Must have been the two nights of discomfort, in a B&B prior to our visit with you!!
Nothing to dislike at all.
bed tv tea/coffee
pub attached was fully booked on a Monday night by the time I went over at 7:30. I think a large delegation had come in. So had to go elsewhere. not a big problem.
Nearby to visiting the Big Pit
Welcoming friendly helpful staff
Paid for 24 hour internet to find out it is only for one iPad...
It was convenient location
All aspects of the Premier Inn were good. Breakfast was very good. See opp for feedback on evening meal
We ate our evening meal in the restaurant attached to the Accomodation.the quality of the food was not good.We could have grouted the bathroom with the mashed potato.
It was very near to the Crematorium which was the purpose of our visit. The receptionist was very helpful. The evening ,meal and the breakfast were very nice.
The staff attitude and helpfulness, the state of the rooms and public areas.
The feeling of possible insecurity of vehicles in the car park.
Very helpful staff. Good sized and clean rooms. Good restaurant attached. Great value for money.
Slight noise issue with room due to laundry machines being next to room, but on the other side, was so exhausted from travelling it didn't stop us from sleeping.
Good Location, next to the Ashbridge for food. Friendly.
We had an issue with a family above who had left their children alone and were using the beds as trampolines. We informed the staff who dealt with it straight away. We had a disabled room for my Dad with limited mobility. The Bath though it was lower was still difficult to get out of, a shower room probably would be better.
Everything! Very curteous staff, who were happy to help with anything extra you may want (towels etc). A lovely clean room with a really super comfortable bed, something not everyone offers especially for such amazing value, and a great breakfast at the Ashbridge. We will certainly be going back to the Premier Inn at Cwmbran!
The waitress ( I think her name was Cheryl) in the adjacent restaurant at breakfast was very welcoming and helpfull
Only one hand towel and one bath towel provided. Not enough for 2 people. Had to go to reception to ask for another hand and bath towel.
Welcome at reception Cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom Helpfulness of staff sorting taxis etc
On Sunday 13th July we went over to the restaurant at around 7.00pm. It was busy but not full. We were told a table was available but there would be a 30 -40 minute wait for food! Unexpected and unacceptable. We went into the Harvester in Cwmbran which was equally as busy and we were served in 15mins.
Room quality with restuarant close by
Dinner & breakfast at the Table Table restaurant next door were excellent, really good value with the special 'meal deal'.
Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Top service.
The staff were excellent, especially the lady on reception, Allison, who was extremely helpful with directions and welcome.
Clean, Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent location for touring South Wales and Wye Valley areas.
Can't really think of anything we did not like.
Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff and very comfortable, peaceful room. The pub next door provided an excellent choice on their menu for our evening meal and comfortable bar area for drinks, the breakfast, also served in the pub, was the best ever. Would definitely go back.
The welcome from staff at reception. They were extremely helpful and accommodating from day one. Our room was spacious and the bed large, but low, just as we like it. We would like to thank the staff, especially Alison, Tracey, and Pamela, who we look forward to meeting again, on our next visit.
Unfortunately the short but wet trip from Welcome Inn to The Ashbridge Restaurant, on some very wet days.
Very comfortable beds with two pillows if needed. Staff very proficient.
Noise from the road prevented us from opening window during the night because the duvet was too warm and room too hot.
Very convenient for my purpose. Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
Having to go outside in the rain for breakfast!
