In spite of being near a busy road, there was hardly any noise. Staff at the adjoining Brewer's Fare were equally as good.
The double bed was very springy and every move made by either of us disturbed the other. We were pleased the weather ws fine as it was an outside walk to breakfast.
Staff could not do anough to make sure you were happy.
Free parking and good access to london, good value for money, v clean and excellent staff attitude
Had requested a cot online but the message hadn't got thru however they still managed to find us one
The cleanliness of the the place
I think the meal is expensive and and if wi-fi can be free it will help it will attract more customers
Price was right, and central to the venue.
Is expensive sometimes
The TV, bed- were okay and the members of staff were excellent- almost like you were with your family.
No iron, no fridge, no intercom or phone in the room, Internet facility not enough.
leaving the hotel
the staff, not helpfull
The rooms were clean and neat.
There are no light blankets or sheets to cover with. The comforter is too heavy even with the air set on cool. It was much better after we asked for an extra sheet and covered up with that instead of the bed comforter. The room above us had a very noisy family that would get up early and stomp their feet very loudly.
For the money that I paid, I expect that at least there will be water and snacks in the room
Very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with all you can eat would thoroughly recommend it.
Unfortunately I did have to complain as our chips were cold but apart from that everything else was good.
Everything clean and quite ... Except the walls in the room need to be repainted that's just one room that I was in 116
The bed was as expected very comfortable and big so had a great night's sleep. It was also nice a quiet despite being next to a main road so obviously well insulated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room only had one set if towels. We didn't ask for any more but have no doubt we would have been given more if we'd asked but they should have been there in the first place. Also the room was a disabled one and it didn't smell very good. It smelt like a hospital.
Clean and well presentedin
Industrial area lets it down
Staff who could speak English where very polite. Came to stay at this Premier Inn after staying at Newton Abbot, which was 5* in my opinion. Dagenham was no comparison, very disappointed. will not come back to this Dagenham Premier Inn again.
Many of the staff couldn't speak English. 8" crack in the sink in the bathroom, plus a large chunk out of the wardrobe area, which didn't leave a very good impression. Reported to staff.
Extra-large and confortable bed.
Very friendly staff from reception to restaurant Spotlessly clean
Bed wasn't 100% comfortable
Only hotel in the neigubourhood.
Price, staff unfriendliness, bed
Large and comfy bed Friendly staff Very quiet overnight Fantastic sleep
Great place to stay comfortable and very relaxing
Friendly & helpful staff, great nights sleep, fantastic breakfast, great value for money, highly recommend this location.
Cannot fault this hotel.
the environment is excellent.
the hotel did not serve breakfast.
I liked the location as it was near to where I was working the next day. I also like the breakfast - good coffee! Plenty of parking.
The bed was hard! The batteries were flat on the remote control and I thought that paying £3 for wifi was expensive. And old-fashioned! Everywhere has free wifi these days.
Bar was closed when we arrived, you have to walk outside to get to the restaurant
