ALL staff very friendly, couldn't do enough. I arived late, about 10.30. p.m., there was a warm greeting, there was the did I need anything extra, and the phone no. for if I did. The pillow with the firmness corner, that was a great touch. That sort of special feeling even at 6.45 a.m. over breakfast, and being able to have tinned tomotes or fresh. A good selection of breaksast items. What more can I say. The room was really in need of a vacume; there were a lot of bits on the floor down the side of the bed. This however is not the sort of thing that you can complain about at 10.45 p.m. at night.

location. staff very friendly and courteous, clean and tidy rooms poor heating system; Heating was not working and I had to get a fan heater in the middle of the night, fan heater[portable] was very noisy and I hardly had any sleep all night. As I was working all day next day[from 8.30 am to 8 pm] I had a very bad day due to poor or no sleep night before.

The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread ! We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

All staff were very nice, espically the staff in the beefeater, i.e Lee and Dave. Only one towel for 2 people in each room, however when we did mention it to the staff they did say they would get us a spare one.

We had a family room, very good size, good comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and shower. staff very helpful and friendly. Went into restaurant for meal which was nice, although no real ale on at the bar. Room temperature fluctuated a lot had to keep adjusting thermostat to keep room warm, only one heater at one end of room better with one at each end. No drawers to put clothes in only a hanging area. no real ale on in the bar.
