Was good. Quiet, comfortable with restaurant on site. Good Parking right outside the door!
Accommodation needs refurbishment, tired and dated, carpet needs renewed Housekeeping could be improved - our beds were not made on two occasions
Restaurant - lovely decor, staff welcoming Food - excellent
Big room, comfy beds, easy parking, clean, towels and plenty of tea/coffee provided. Great value for money.
We have a young child who still likes milk at bedtime. Therefore we asked the receptionist if we could store the milk in their fridge (they do this at Premier Inn). They had told us over phone this would not be a problem but would not actually do it when we were there! I was not impressed! We ended up hanging the milk out of the window overnight! Receptionist was OK to me but my husband found her dismissive. It was a shame as everything else was wonderful.
Family room was really spacious and beds were much better than the Premier Inn. We had a lovely view of the river. Nice space outside even though close to busy road. Newly refurbished pub was lovely and breakfast was great! Staff in the restaurant very friendly. Had fab deal at £71 for 2 nights!!
Unobtrusive friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
room needed refurbishment, Very tired. Bathroom was clean but needed a complete make over. mould, peeling paint.
Liked the price. comfy bed.
Bed much too soft, my back hurt all next day. Have stayed here twice before, never had this problem, ( perhaps new managent, doubt if I would stay again ). Door handle missing off corridor external fire door. Dangerous! Too many oafish fellow guests, standing smoking in the doorways to the rooms.
Clean, comfortable room. Good shower.
The coffee is undrinkable..Please change your bRAND
Bee Gees and Roy Orbison played in the bar.
Comfy bed for 4 people.
A noisy crossroads so make sure that you get a quiet room and that there are no gaps around the windows! Rooms, generally, are a little tired. The staff are hit and miss - some very good, some very poor. Service in the restaurant can be slow depending on who serves you.
Breakfast, and food in general in the restaurant, is very good. Plenty of parking space. Pub / restaurant is a lovely place.
Too noisy, doors banging, people shouting at 1am in the morning.
We were attending a wedding and realised en route that my husband had forgotten his tie. We were offered a vast selection to choose from at 10.30pm on Easter Sunday by the helpful pair on Reception. Excellent service.
Maybe a bit more Tea in the room, but thats just cos I drink A LOT if Tea.
We were going to a wedding over the Easter weekend and chose Crossroads because it was only a mile from the venue. The rooms clean, bed comfy and shower nice and hot. We had a lovely meal which everyone enjoyed. Our waiter Brandon was sMaybeo friendly and really looked after us. We also had the pleasure of meeting the South African Manager and the Head Chef too.
Fantastic value for money, great room, great staff. Food in restaurant very good.
nice and warm room
Ex premier inn and could be modernised in the future but is excellent value for money and representative of the price
Dinner was excellent, great menu choice
Quiet for a main road situation, great deal of parking and great WiFi in room
Friendly Staff, comfortable bed. Private
The room, but prefer a shower to a bath with shower head as not very stable for the older person.
The only criticism was the creaky floor boards in my room ..
Food at dinner was excellent , staff couldn't do enough. Bed and room very comfortable .,
Toilet spraying over floor and legs when flushed. Matress sunk and flat in middle. Early morning mouse scratching and running around. No biscuits. Noise from upstairs and ajacent room. Smokers outside room.
Warm and good shower And cleaner.
location was excellent for silverstone half marathon, room was clean,we had a great meal in restaurant in evening even though it took a while to get to us,but staff were very apologetic, Value for money see you next year
Only down side is the wifi is poor and needs upgrading.
All round nice place to stay with good staff and good food.
Quality of Wifi not very good A bit expensive for the room for three persons, which is not really big
Staff very nice and helpful
